Absolutely loving my new BMW 1 Series! I was stressing about replacing my old car, but it was just too costly to repair. My old one was a manual, but this automatic BMW is a game-changer—I wouldn't go back! Transitioning was so easy. Two gentlemen assisted me on the day, although their names escape me. Nonetheless, they were both fantastic because they were friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the whole process a pleasure. Huge thanks to them for all their help!

Absolutely love my Nissan Niro, it's been great for getting out and about. I especially like the hybrid option because it makes motorway driving so much smoother. I'm getting on really well with my car, it's been perfect for me. I've put about 2500 miles on it in the last 3 months and it's been perfect. Since the dealership was quite far, about 250 miles away, I had the car delivered to me, and it arrived spot on the time it said it would. I think it was Lilly who I delt with over the phone and she helped me to understand the process of buying a car without seeing it. She was really helpful, knew her stuff and was quick to respond to all my queries. The car was perfectly described on the advert. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience!

Our Sportage is an absolute gem, both me and my partner are absolutely in love with it. Our first visit to the dealership was nothing short of perfect. And let me tell you, if it wasn't for Charlotte, we probably might not of taken the car on the day. Her customer service was top shelf stuff, we found her to be genuine, and she's just a lovely person all around. Buying a car from her was an absolute pleasure. My Jeep's been doing well so far, which is a relief because as everyone knows, buying a used car is a bit of a lottery, but this one's been outstanding. Even my brother commented on how impressed he was with the car that I got from Nuneaton. I gave the guys at the dealership a call before making the trip down from the Highlands, and I liked what I heard. That's what convinced me to check out the car in person.
