Currently loving my new Audi A8! It's going to be my new weekend car. I was really impressed with how low the mileage was on the car, and it's in beautiful condition. I've had an Audi A3 for the past 12 years, so I've been on the lookout for a replacement for a while now. This one fits the bill perfectly—it's got just 24k miles on the clock and only one previous owner, all at a great price. I'm even considering upgrading to a newer model than the 17 plate I've just purchased, I will be keeping an eye out on Nuneatons website to see if they get one in because I had such a good experience. Ivan, the salesman, was a lovely bloke, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The 3 hours trip was worth it because I got a great quality car. Hats off to the amazing sales team because they always made time for me, despite me coming down on a Saturday and it being really busy.

Charlotte was absolutely brilliant, I couldn't fault her one bit. I would go so far as to ask for her when you visit here. There was zero pressure from her end, she just left us to it, making the whole purchasing process feel like it was entirely our decision. And the result? We ended up with a fantastic car that fit perfectly within our budget and had low mileage.

Being just a couple of miles away, I already had high expectations for this dealership, and I'm happy to say they exceeded them. Charlotte was fantastic, it was a fairly straight forward process because I knew what I wanted but there was still no hard sell, and she just genuinely wanted to help where she could. The car itself was immaculate, and they even put a fresh MOT on the car.

I've never heard of this dealership before, but now that I have, I will be recommending them to people I know. For a company I haven't heard of before, I made a very large purchase when I drove away in my Range Rover Evoque. I fell in love with the sales team from the moment I approached them because they were very helpful and they allowed me to take my time looking around the car. Anyway, the car has been great since driving it away and hopefully I can get another car from here in the future.

Unfortunately I never give top marks but I received great customer service and great cars!

Driving has never felt so good. My MG has been running perfectly since I got it in March. Charlotte, the salesperson at the dealership, was exceptional. She provided me with a lot of information about the car and the sales process. Her helpfulness was really respected, earning my full trust. I'd rate my experience a perfect 5 out of 5 stars, or even 10 out of 10—it was that good!

Max you were brilliant! From the moment I walked into the dealership, to driving away, I thought he was really professional while I was looking at what car to purchase, as I wasn't 100% on a car. I eventually purchased the Ford Fiesta Eco-Boost which ended up being the perfect car because it's been great on fuel which means it's really cheap to run. The car was even cleaned inside and out for me on the day of collection! You can't get better service than that. 5* from me

To be honest, I don't like to mess around when I go shopping. So when I was looking for a car, this was no different. I saw the car online, and I headed straight down to Nuneaton to view it. When I arrived, I informed the salesman that I wanted a quick sale, and he was happy to accommodate this. Once he answered all of my on-the-spot questions, and when I didn't have any more questions to ask, I was ready to sign the paperwork. Before I knew it, I was driving away. 4* because there is always room for improvement.

2 months later and It's safe to say I've put my Vauxhall through it's paces because I've already put 1000 miles on the clock since driving it away. My memory isn't the best but I think it was Tim who sold me the car on the day and he was brilliant, he really knows his stuff. After taking the car out on a short test drive I was happy to sign the dotted line. Tim made sure to go through everything point by point so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. I would happily come back to Nuneaton for my next car, and I've already pointed someone in the direction of this dealership so they can have a great buying experience as well.
