Going from a petrol to an electric car is a big step because I've never owned an electric car before, so I was a little bit nervous to make the switch. To be honest, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's actually a lot easier because I can charge the car at home, so it saves me worrying about running the car around to get fuel, you just plug in and go. It was also my first time purchasing a car from here, and just like with the Tesla, everything was made easy. Jak was the the salesman on the day and he was more than accommodating when I was at the dealership, I can't fault him. I don't think I could go back to a petrol car now.

Customer service from Clinton has been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very helpful when I asked for more information about the financial agreement. For this reason I will rate him 5 stars.

So far, so good with my new car! I've been behind the wheel every day since I picked it up back in March. David at the dealership was really helpful, and the Mazda was spotless both inside and out when I drove it away. I initially spotted the car on Autotrader, and it was nice to see the car was exactly as described. Making the trip to the dealership was definitely worth it, and driving it back home was really enjoyable, knowing I've got a great car.

The level of service you receive from the team at this dealership is brilliant! It was a couple of months since I purchased my Ford C-Max but I think the salesman's name was Tim and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was polite from the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove the car home. If you want a genuine and trustworthy salesman, I would recommend asking for Tim.

My BMW 1 Series Sport Shadow Edition is running perfectly, and I'm quite pleased with my choice to go ahead with this spec. The customer service was perfect from David. Honestly, he was nothing but very approachable and professional. After answering some of my questions, he let me take it out on a test drive, which really made the decision-making process a lot easier. For a quick search on the internet, I think it's money well spent.

We're really enjoying the heated seats, although with the weather warming up, we won't need them much longer!
