I wasn't directly involved with the purchase of the Ford Focus because it was a car through the business but as for the car, it's been running okay with no issues.

Recently I was in the market for my son's first car and this is when we came across Nuneaton Car Sales. After getting some more information on the phone, we made our way down to view it. Straight away he wanted it, so it was a quick turn around because he wanted it there and then. The car has been running smoothly, and he's quite pleased with it. Ivan, the salesman we dealt with, was easy to talk to and provided brilliant service. I'd definitely recommend asking for him if you visit.

The Kuga I bought has been reliable for driving around London, which is exactly what I needed. Jak was really helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. The Kuga I purchased is running smoothly without any issues. Clinton, who showed me around the car, was great; he didn't pressure me into making a decision, which I was worried about when visiting a new dealership. This was my first time buying from this dealership, and it was nice to see that nothing has changed. I'm very pleased with my purchase of this very nice car.

Ivan and Adam at the dealership were incredibly helpful, especially considering it was my first time buying a car from a dealership so far from home. The Mini I purchased has been fantastic! Because we live 100 miles away, I opted for the warranty for peace of mind, although I doubt we'll need it given how great the car has been. My husband will be looking forward to returning to the dealership at some point for an upgrade himself.

I feel you can tell a lot about a dealership by how they treat you after the sale, and even when I had a few minor problems, Nuneaton car sales were exceptional. Not only did they quickly sort out the issues I had, they also provided me with a courtesy car while my new car was getting sorted. Now that my car has been sorted, it is beautiful to drive. I cannot speak highly enough of Nuneaton Car Sales; they are a company that genuinely cares. I would have no hesitation going back to them in the future.
