I'm highly impressed with how easy it was to purchase my Mitsubishi from Nuneaton Car Sales. Tim had great communication skills and he made everything so streamlined and simple. I'm happy with my new car; it's been so reliable since I bought it in February, and I love the time I get to spend driving it.

I had a great experience dealing with Jak at Nuneaton Car Sales. Jak was extremely helpful and friendly towards me. I brought my dad along with me when I purchased my Jaguar, and we both said that we would buy another car from here. A solid five-star rating. 

Ivan was a great help while buying my Suzuki from Nuneaton Car Sales. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me some great advice. The valeting team also deserves credit where credit is due because my car was absolutely gleaming on collection. 

After a disappointing encounter at a Peugeot dealership, I found myself at the doorstep of Nuneaton Car Sales quite unexpectedly. Jak, a representative of the dealership, was incredibly accommodating despite my unannounced visit, immediately putting me at ease. He offered me the opportunity to test drive a Mercedes and another vehicle, which I found to be a generous gesture. The main thing that stood out for me, though, was the absence of pressure. Many dealers push to make a sale, but here I was given the freedom to explore at my own pace. I really respected Jak for giving me the space, and the decision-making process was refreshing. It allowed me to truly consider all of my options without feeling rushed. Thanks to Jak's outstanding customer service and the dealership's welcoming atmosphere, I felt like a respected and valued customer. I decided to go for the Mercedes in the end because I loved the design of it and how smooth it was on the road. I'm delighted with my choice. If I could score Jak and my car purchase any higher than a five, I would certainly do so. 

I'm really enjoying my Suzuki that I purchased in February. I think it has been just over a month now, and it drives just as well as the day I got it. The communication with the dealer was fantastic, and they kept me up to date with things at all times. If I could score these a 10/5, I would do it; it was perfect.

Top marks to Charlotte at Nuneaton Car Sales. She did a great job and looked after me very well. I'm delighted with my Ford Mondeo; it is a nice car to drive. 

What I loved the most about this dealership was their laid-back approach to everything, and this is the main reason I bought my car from them rather than another dealer. They handed me the keys for the car and told me to take my time looking at the car and taking it for a good test drive. David the sales assistance was really down to earth, and nothing at all was too much trouble for him. I'm proper made up with my BMW; it drives like a dream, and I enjoy every second I get to sit behind the wheel in my new car. 

With this being my first electric car purchase, I was both curious and excited, but from the moment I took possession of my Audi E-Tron, I knew it was not just another car. The car's impressive range and rapid charging capability mean that range anxiety is a thing of the past. Tim, who helped me during the purchase of my car, was excellent. He was very helpful, made me feel welcome, and did not come across as pushy at any time. I'm made up with everything. Thank you! 

I want to say thank you so much to the team at this dealership. It was such a pleasure doing business with them, and no doubt I will be back in the future when I'm looking to upgrade my car. I'm completely satisfied with everything they have done. They left me to my own devices without watching over me every second like Big Brother. The Nissan Qashqai I bought is a great runaround, and overall, I'm very pleased with things. 

Such a perfect service from Jacque at Nuneaton Cars. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about him. He did everything I asked him to do and more, and he had a heart of gold. The handover of my car was done quickly, so I was able to drive away in my new Jaguar quicker than I expected to. The car was exactly as described, if not better, when I saw it in person. A 5-star experience.
