Everything is going well with my Mini Cooper since I purchased it last month from Nuneaton Car Sales. The salesman, Tim, who sold me the car, was great to work with. He allowed me to take my time and not rush me into making a decision. 

I can't fault Nuneaton Car Sales, the salesman provided excellent customer service and was highly knowledgeable. He knew the car like the back of his hand and there wasn't a single question he was not able to answer. The Volkswagen that I chose is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with it, it's amazing to drive and exactly as I thought. Well described, very well valeted and presented superbly.

Friendly, polite, and very professional service from this dealership... I felt they were totally honest with me from the first phone call I made. I'm very happy with the service I received, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who’s looking to buy a used car. I will definitely be using these guys for my next car purchase.

What a car my Peugeot is! It drives perfectly and is very smooth. The sales executive Lilly provided excellent customer service, I was able to take my time when viewing the car and I didn't feel pressured into the sale, Lilly told me to 'give her a shout if I need anything' and left me to it. The person that looked after me was a really good salesman with great manners. He was very well educated about the cars he was selling and he was able to answer all my questions with ease. I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I felt obliged to because the salesman was that good.

Jacque at Nuneaton Car Sales was so professional, he went through everything step by step with me and he was really understanding. My BMW is running well at the moment and I am confident I have nothing to worry about because it has been fabulous so far. The customer service was truly brilliant, there was no room for improvement to be fair.
