The price for the Mercedes was great, and the CLA drivers fine. There were a few issues around communication during the sale as I felt like I was the person selling the car as I was chasing them. and the car was delayed a couple of times for some paintwork and issues to be resolved. I would still recommend Nuneaton as the quality of the car was the main thing.

All good, no complaints so far. We were in the area and passed them a few times so we checked out their reviews and thought they have pretty decent reviews so decided to see what they had. They were really good. Not too pushy. The first visit, they showed me a few cars. They let me think about it over night and went in the next day to test drive. They were all really friendly. Talked me through finance options. Had a problem after sales so went straight back and they got somebody out to sort it out straight away

Cars ok but had to go back three times for a repair. Need to go back again and get courtesy car whilst they fix it. Service team could have got to it quicker but on the day, my experience was good. They were knowledgeable and the guy we spoke to was experienced and dealt with us the way I like. They weren’t pushy, nobody was trying to steer us into anything.

Called the dealership when I saw the car, put a deposit down and did the paperwork. There were no complications. Everything’s fine with the car but had a little problem with the delivery, it was the wrong car but a staff member came down to me the next day with the right car. It all went quite smoothly.
