My Seat Ibiza is great. There was a slight problem at the start but took it back and they got it fixed, my car is sound now. I drove the car home week or two later after seeing it so had to wait around for the paperwork. Salesman Tim was great, can't fault him. I liked their friendly customer service. I would probably use them again

Lewis looked after us, was friendly and professional. The only issue I have had is that the rear tyres needed replacing due to age deterioration. This was raised in the MOT earlier in the year, so I questioned if the tyres had been replaced (specifically citing the MOT advisory) and was assured they were fine.

To be fair the process was good from start to finish. Jacque was a really good guy. I took my son with me a couple of times, it is the first car for my 17-year-old son. We have been really happy with the car. When a small issue came up, they asked us to bring it in and sorted it within a couple of hours for us. I’ve got no Hesitation recommending Nuneaton Car Sales as its been a good experience.

We had a few charging issues, but I think that was our incompetence rather than the vehicle. The ID 4.0 has been easy enough to drive, and we’re slowly getting used to the tech. There is a few issues with it, but we’re getting there in the end. Overall, our experience with the dealership was all fine.

I had no issues with Jacque during the sale. There is always room for improvement, the car was cleaned, however, it wasn’t quite to my standards. The car has been running fine as well.

Ivan who I dealt with was a bit of a car man, we got along well as im into cars as well. He was a bit of a car fanatic and great overall. The whole process went pretty smoothly, it was straightforward, nice and simple. The Fiat 500 was the right price, and it was what I was looking for.

My son is currently learning how to drive. When he passes his license, we will definitely be coming back for a car. The staff were really kind and friendly. I initially dealt with Adam and then another member of staff.

Conor has done his job and was good. He did sell me the SuperGuard kit, which probably wasn’t needed and there were a bit of issues with communication regarding the delivery of the Skoda, which I was not informed about, I had to reach out myself. There are a few bit and bobs that need doing on the car, but nothing major. Other than that its all been good.
