Having purchased the above vehicle within 1 month it had broken down. An independent garage carried out a report which was sent to NWCB where it was found the timing was out, removing timing covers chain guide broken and chain worn. On inspection and removing the head there was excessive rust and water marks around cylinders, a pressure test was carried out and the head was found to have a crack in it which suggested it had been there for some time. NWCB are not to be trusted, they obviously do not have any satisfied customers. Only option is to take legal action

Bought a car from NWCB, The car was found to have major faults, accident repair job to a shoddy standard, was advised the MOT was questionable and the car should not be driven on the road as completely unsafe, the negotiations have been deceitful and after over 3 months since purchasing car and some repairs eventually being undertaken I am left with a car that has oil leak, structural damage. Only route left is through the courts. I am self employed and now how damning negative reviews can affect a company and would not leave comments like this unless treated as badly as I have been. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am over the moon with my car, the customer service and the aftercare is great. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy from NWCB again.

I picked up my audi A4 was told log book wasnt there at time of picking up the car but on receiving log book 7 weeks after found it had 5 owners not 1 as NWCB had said and the millage had be put back to 81,000 after contacting the former keeper. NWCB are very strange and very hard people to understand. And its gonna be a long road to get my money back.

I can only go by my own experience which has been nothing short of excellent. Purchased a BMW 3 series which is lovely. I've only had the car a few weeks but all appears perfect. Had to have some very minor paintwork attended to which NWCB undertook without issue and even loaned me a courtesy car for the few days it was away. A small dink in the boot is being done next week. Nothing appears too much trouble for them and everyone I have dealt with has been brilliant. No complaints from me.

When taking our money very helpful & nice... two days after having car faults started occuring & very unhelpful.. won't be going back to NWCB EVER!

purchased a vehicle from this company in perfect condition when test driven and purchased upon arrival today it was dented with bumper damage. it was also unclean and had a women's glasses in which we could only assume that someone had been using the car as the milage has also risen. now they are refusing to do anything and are stating it is our own fault.

Purchased a Freelander 2 after seeing an advert online. The car was far from described holes in the dash, ripped weather seals scratches and dents everywhere. To top this off with in two days I found my self with a repair bill of over £1000 to replace rear differential and wheel bearings. As well as all of this the windows don't work, the keys are faulty, the battery needs replacing, the stop start doesn't work and the car has failed to start twice. After attempting to communicate all of this with Richard requesting to be compensated or to simply return the vehicle. I was shunned and passed to some dodgy mediation company would suggested I have no right to return the vehicle. The warranty is also pointless being told it won't cover the damage at all. I have lost out on thousands of pounds worth of savings and a perfectly fine mini I part exchange. Hate to think what's to come next From experience, I would warn anyone considering any of vehicles sold by these people to look at other companies with good reviews and better customer service and warranty DON'T get ripped off as I did. I wish I had seen all of the reviews describing how what has been done to me has happened over and over. Should be shut down I'm currently following legal proceedings. 5/11/16

Paid a deposit that was 'refundable' purely to see if I could get finance - would never have paid the deposit over wise. Have not received the deposit back or received call back from owner despite my numerous calls. On viewing the vehicle it was in bad condition, dented and scratched- hadn't even been washed. Not as described or portrayed in pictures Buyer beware of NWCB Ltd.
