Right from the start until the finish, we couldn't of asked for a better service! I didn't have a clue what I wanted and with four children and a tight budget they helped me find the car I needed. Extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful...... I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a car.

I had been looking for a new car for ages but really wasn't sure about what car would be good for me and my family. I popped in, and Jason was so knowledgeable about cars. We went through a few options and there was no hard sell so I felt comfortable buying a five door saloon off their forecourt. There was a slight issue with the window but Jason was so approachable. I literally dropped the car off and within a couple of hours it had been fixed and I was back on the road again. I really love my new car and I would certainly recommend S&S Oak Street Cars.

I purchased a car from S&S Oak Street Cars and I am really pleased with the service I received and the quality of the car. My husband is changing his car very soon and we are most certainly going to be repeat customers. Extra brownie points to the yard guy Bob who gave our car a really lovely valet before we picked it up.

wife and I went for a look round the cars at OAK ST. CARS and found one which we liked and suited us. We had a test drive and on our return sorted out details and paid a deposit. T he next day I had a phone call to say that the car had been checked over, had a oil and filter change and was ready to collect. I found that the experience went very well so full marks to all at OAK ST. PS. this was not my first car from this dealer.

Had to take car back to Oak Street Cars for an engine rattle to be looked at and a/c not working, they had car for 2 weeks and did absolutely nothing , was just fobbed off with a " they all rattle". difficult on the phone (laughing in background) just taking the piss. As for the warranty it is useless as no garage will do any work under it(not even oak street cars) since car came back from them can not open bonnet now! ruined my new car experience&will yours. As there are so many other car dealers in norwich i would advise you to walk past these people, if you do buy from them be VERY CAREFUL. I am so sorry i bought the car been nothing but aggrovasion.

Brought a Citroen from Oak Tree Cars and found there was a couple of small issues with the car with window and exhaust they asked me to bring it back and the had it fixed the next day. Also had a major scratch on my Honda Civic so where I ripped the front bumber off I took it to them to fix now you can even notice the damage

Highly recommend Oak Street Cars, I bought a car off them that kept breaking which wasn't their fault at all, they asked me if I wanted my money back but by only having an automatic license the money was pretty useless to me at this point, you can't drive money. So they tried to fix the car for over 2 months for me but the car was doomed, they let me borrow their courtesy car for about two months, this car was for sale as well and they got enquiries about it but they didn't once ask for it back, I was unbelievably grateful! Jason bought loads of automatic cars that I may have potentially liked, me being picky and having certain requirements I declined a lot of them, this didn't bother him, he wanted to find me the right car for me however long it took. We finally found me a car and I love it! Throughout this entire experience, I could say it would've made my life a lot easier going elsewhere to get a car but I wouldn't change my experience at all, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me find a car, thank you, Jason, Bobby and John!
