I have recently purchased a car from Kirstyn at Oaklands Automotive and although I don't normally write reviews I thought I would share my experience of excellent customer service. I was looking for a BMW 3 series and having viewed a few a other dealers I decided to pay this garage a visit as they had a few that potentially met my requirements. After a warm welcome I was left to view the cars in my own time and decided that the 330 was the one for me. After a test drive we went around the car and a couple of minor jobs were agreed and I arranged to come back later on that week and collect. Everything was ready to go and although there were other customers buying a car when I arrived I was made a hot drink whilst waiting to finalise the paperwork. Dealt with these guys just after christmas, I was working away at the time and could not get down to see the car I was interested in. I phoned Oaklands and spoke to the Salesman who was great, He told me every detail of the car and whether or not it has a scratch, dent or anything wrong with it. He assured me that the car was in great condition and if I wanted to buy the car he would take a deposit and hold it for me until I could get to see it. We agreed a deal and I left a deposit which was refundable subject to viewing the car. When I got to Oaklands and saw the car it was amazing, if anything the sales guy was over critical ! Great car, easy to deal with and I would highly recommend Oaklands to anybody !!!
