We recently bought a car from Oaklands @ Clevedon. We found everyone friendly and helpful. We dealt with Kirstyn to do the deal. She was very knowledgable and efficient. Once we found the car we were interested in we were allowed to take it for a drive ourselves. The car was a great drive and we went onto to do a deal. We felt they were very fair about our car and the deal we did. We arranged to come back and exchange cars. Everything was ready as arranged. They were very helpful and sorted the necessary forms with us. The whole experience was made very efficient by them from start to finish.

I have recently purchased a car from Kirstyn at Oaklands Automotive and although I don't normally write reviews I thought I would share my experience of excellent customer service. I was looking for a BMW 3 series and having viewed a few a other dealers I decided to pay this garage a visit as they had a few that potentially met my requirements. After a warm welcome I was left to view the cars in my own time and decided that the 330 was the one for me. After a test drive we went around the car and a couple of minor jobs were agreed and I arranged to come back later on that week and collect. Everything was ready to go and although there were other customers buying a car when I arrived I was made a hot drink whilst waiting to finalise the paperwork. A relaxed and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will certainly recommend to my friends and family. Many thanks Nigel.

I was Searching for diesel fords online when i came across Oaklands Automotive LTD. There was a couple of issues with the car but the dealership sorted them all out. I recommend this dealership.

Bought 3 cars from Oaklands and have recommended them to friends and family who have also purchased. Good choice of quality stock at fair prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Cannot reccomend them enough.
Oaklands Automotive were very decent, there was no stress involved or any hard sell, it was an easy and relaxed sale just how I like it. The BMW I bought is serving me well, I had to do a few very minor bits to it but that's to be expected with any used car.

Dealt with these guys just after christmas, I was working away at the time and could not get down to see the car I was interested in. I phoned Oaklands and spoke to the Salesman who was great, He told me every detail of the car and whether or not it has a scratch, dent or anything wrong with it. He assured me that the car was in great condition and if I wanted to buy the car he would take a deposit and hold it for me until I could get to see it. We agreed a deal and I left a deposit which was refundable subject to viewing the car. When I got to Oaklands and saw the car it was amazing, if anything the sales guy was over critical ! Great car, easy to deal with and I would highly recommend Oaklands to anybody !!!
