Oaktree Motor Company Wales is where I bought a car from this year and here is how my experience was. Once I got the car home I discovered two cracks on the windscreen, This was the same day so the cracks were there at the time of sale and I was not informed of them at all. I was given a 6 month warranty so I called them and they said it wasn't their problem and I needed to claim through my insurance. Wont be going back again or recommending Oaktree Motor Company.

Hi, i have just read this review and have a few points to make, firstly can you clarify exactly what car you bought? including the reg?, secondly if your claiming that the screen Had cracks in it how would it possibly pass the MOT? IT WOULDN'T, if your claiming there is an issue your welcome to ring ( obviously you got all my details as you bought a car off me ) so why didn't you? this seems very odd.

same here no his problem he said that to my husband what kind of a business is he running anyway he is breaking the Law I shoukd now as my family work for trading standards you get three months by law then its not his problem. nice as pie when we bought the car now theres problems heb don't want to know. never recomens be taking it further.

Completely agree with this review. Just likes to take your cash and not deal with any issues. I wish i knew them what I know now with regards to trading standards and consumer law. Because he wouldnt have ripped me off for thousands !! And because of his hostile and aggressive attitude it makes for a very bad situation when your not happy with the product and you are weary to approach him because of his attitude !! If only I could turn clock back. !! If only I had took the complaint further with trading standards when I still had the car in my ownership Unfortunately for me I didn’t. Fortunately for him he’s £6500 in pocket for a bag of rubbish.
