Went to look at a certain car and came back with another Saul very helpful and patient with us.

First of all doing the deal was really good they was very professional. Arrived before 1600 left with the car 1730. Great service. After that it went down hill , told to return in 2 days and they will sort out the jobs needed, in the meantime I found the the advert said the car has built In wireless phone changer which it did not, I felt misled, they was also doing some touch up paint work, which they forgot, they told me to do another 90 mile round trip so they can do. The solution regarding the wireless charger was they offered was they will take the old charger out of my old and send it. Poor

I had all 3 kids (1 infant and 2 toddlers) and you can imagine they were all over the place. He helped me with a quick and smooth part exchange and getting my new car. My car was written off in an accident so I was on the lookout for a new car and came across one on Autotrader at Oakwood motors. I’m from Scotland so I contacted them and told them about my situation and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The kept me updated on the progress of the car and let me know as soon as it was ready. I wasn’t able to get down to the dealership for a week due to work but this wasn’t an issue. When I got down to Bury Lewis came to collect me in the car from the train station. The process when we got back was seamless and an all round 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend.
