Had to replace a van and had a choice of 3 vehicles with Oakwood, salesman was friendly, excellent, knowledgeable and soon left me to make my decision. I knew what I wanted , examined all 3 vehicles, made my choice and then wanted to get the deal done asap and so it was, collected the vehicle less than 24 hours later. It was parked out the front, washed and cleaned and ready to go and after a few minutes of signing off paperwork it was done and dusted. No complaints, excellent service.

Amy was great very helpful even though there was an issue on the day and a couple of issues after we got home that we are waiting to be resolved but as I say Amy was great to deal with if I get the issues sorted it so be a 5 star review. Up to now not had any response regarding the issue I have other than me chasing for info but just seem to be going in circles currently like I say Amy was great but otherwise the communication has dried up

A very pleasant experience dealing with Mark & Michael at the Chorley branch of Oakwood Motor Company.
The car was exceptionally prepared & they were both extremely helpful, I travelled from Sheffield to buy the car & it was well worth the trip.

From the start of my finding a new car journey Michael was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I picked my new wee beep beep up on Saturday there dealing with Lee with my hand over & it’s was a pleasure and I’m over the moon with her, so happy, thank you Oakwood. I must admit I was nervous approaching Oakwood and scared of being exploited due to my soft nature. I needn’t of worried as my assistant Olivia Hall tried her best to get me a low finance rate aswell as catering for my every need buying a car. The car was serviced with a full Mot and full Valet including half a tank of fuel. Plus Warranty. What more do you need buying a used car. They even deliver to your door if requested. So happy with my purchase. Thankyou
