I called the garage one Sunday afternoon and a lovely lady called Michaela answered. I reserved the car and a week later we drove two hours down to see her and come away with the car the same day. I’ve never seen a car sales garage so busy with customers. Great variety of cars at great prices. Would definitely buy again off this garage and Michaela
All the staff were very welcoming, helpful and do not press you to buy. Sam was outstanding. He went above and beyond whilst dealing with us, helping us at each point of the sale and was very patient with us always explaining everything in detail. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, put us at ease and could not have been more helpful. He answered all our questions and made us feel really comfortable and valued. Very pleasant salespeople ( could only see men). Trusting - they let us take a spin unaccompanied. No-one harassed us yet we still felt noticed. I am now a happy owner of a VW Polo. I did tons of research and am confident that what I paid was a fair price. It was useful to be able to pay £20 for drive-home insurance which lasted five days. We live in Lancaster so it was really helpful not to have to drive back to pick it up. Thanks guys!
