I recently purchased a car from Oakwood Motor Company on line as I live 300 miles south of Bury, Lancs. Gary was very helpful and collected me from the tram station as I had travelled by train. I collected the car which was as I had expected and drove home. Unfortunately, on my journey the engine system malfunction warning was displayed. Because of the distance involved it was not practical for me to return to the garage and so I had a new vacuum pump fitted locally and Oakwood have very kindly reimbursed me for the cost of the faulty part. All in all I would be very happy to recommend them as the service was excellent and I am delighted with the car.

Buying a car can be a stressful experience, However,, I felt the staff at this dealership made this much less so. They came across as friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this as a place to come and look for your new car.

Had to replace a van and had a choice of 3 vehicles with Oakwood, salesman was friendly, excellent, knowledgeable and soon left me to make my decision. I knew what I wanted , examined all 3 vehicles, made my choice and then wanted to get the deal done asap and so it was, collected the vehicle less than 24 hours later. It was parked out the front, washed and cleaned and ready to go and after a few minutes of signing off paperwork it was done and dusted. No complaints, excellent service.

Amy was great very helpful even though there was an issue on the day and a couple of issues after we got home that we are waiting to be resolved but as I say Amy was great to deal with if I get the issues sorted it so be a 5 star review. Up to now not had any response regarding the issue I have other than me chasing for info but just seem to be going in circles currently like I say Amy was great but otherwise the communication has dried up
