Very poor service from guys. I have booked a car on the 7th March, paid deposit and been told the car will be ready following weekend. Unfortunately two days before this got cancelled due to them being unable to MOT the car. That's fine, we rescheduled for another weekend. Again, this time reversed camera didn't work, no sure how this has never came to their attention, Okay we rescheduled again, then they ordered wrong camera, collection cancelled again, now they had to rewire the car, couldn't give me date when will it be ready. I understand things like this happen, I have been patient, waited over a month, but they couldn't prioritise getting my car ready. The way I was spoken to as well is not acceptable, "what do you want me to do", "we don't have enough staff", laughing on the phone. And when I finally cancelled it took 5 days for my refund to reach my account. Zero interest to keep me as a customer, (I was paying cash for the car) their approach is, oh well not this one then there is plenty other people interested in the car. Wasted over one month of my time, making false promises that the car will be ready, when they are clearly not competent and lacking knowledge of Land Rover. Very poor service and poor communication as each time I called they were doing handover of the car and finally when I got through they would tell me they are so busy and understaffed, which is really none of my problems. Went to another local garage and I got much better value for money and my car was ready in 3 days! Advise for you, get the cars checked before you are putting them for sale, and have some respect for your customers. Because I am sure now you sold this car to someone and they are happy and probably praising your company how quickly you got the car ready for them. Forgetting there was someone who committed to buy the car and was waiting for over a month for you to get it ready for them. Thanks for wasted time ! Won't be returning or recommending.

Just got back from buying a bmw Z4 Absolutely fantastic car. From walking into showroom was made to feel special from salesman John. I have waited six months to write this review about Optimum Vehicles and its staff. I have done this to see if there after care was as good as the deal they found me? I must say that Paul Sanderson and his staff provide a service that is five star and second to none. For instance I rang Paul on his day off last Saturday because my car was out of MOT and sando got it into the test centre that day and it past with flying colours. Then yesterday evening I went over something in the road which knocked a protective cover from underneath the car. I rang sando and he told me to bring it in straight away and even provided me with a courtesy car. Best people for buying a car you will ever deal with.
