I have now purchased my 4th car from Paul Sanderson and his team of specialists. When I say specialists I mean they know what they are talking about from customer care right through to the mechanics (Karl in particular)who have serviced my cars over the years. From Mercedes to BMW's and even a nice little run around for the Mrs. Paul and his team have always looked after me and believe me I do like to get them to knock a few quid off here and there and ask for some extras like tinted black windows etc. I have often told friends and family to go and see Paul and the team when looking to buy a new car and would genuinely be happy to recommend Optimum Vehicles to anyone who is serious about purchasing a high quality vehicle.

I purchased a BMW M3 from Optimum Vehicles in June this year. Whilst I always do a sanity check (in this case Autotrader) on anything I buy I must say that it has always been a needless exercise during my dealings with Optimum, which span over 10 years.. Optimum have helped me source my vehicle of choice should it not have been in stock or, alternatively, I have just bought one of their stock cars - either way I am a reasonably demanding customer (must be this colour, must have this spec/mileage) and they have always, always, come good to fulfil my requirement. Paul Sanderson - the proprietor, has always made time for me and has helped sell my cars (as trade in's) or lent me a courtesy car (if mine has been in for service or the new vehicle is still being run through their vigorous prepping routine). Needless to say after 10 years I would not look anywhere else. Range Rover Sport, Audi RS4, Nissan 350z, BMW M3 to name but a few of the cars I have purchased through Optimum during my tenure as one of their clients, have all been unquestionably mint. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending them and often I will point people I know that are looking for a new car in their direction, safe in the knowledge that they will be looked after in the same courteous, professional and efficient manner in which they deal with me. Response times are excellent, servicing fits around my busy schedule and there is always somebody there that can deal with me. I am comfortable in saying that everyone I have recommended are now long standing clients (friends, family and a large amount of business colleagues)... and on that basis I am astounded to see even one negative review on here and can therefore only imagine that there is some skull doggery afoot. There is absolutely no way that there can be such a delta in the service I and anyone I recommended have and continue to receive with that of the negative review I just read which, I would say, is simply not true - but don't take my word for it, go and see for yourself.

I have purchased several vehicles from Optimum over the years and would not go anywhere else. The last vehicle being for my wife. The attention to detail is faultless and the whole car buying experience is 2nd to none. The sales team make you feel very welcome at their impressive showroom in Thorp Arch. I also use Optimum for servicing and M.O.T's. They are now my one stop shop when looking to change my vehicles.
