Gobsmacked....have had a car from here for only 2 months and several major things have started to fail. As it was still covered by a "warranty" Nigel said if I brought it to his garage of choice, he would arrange for it to be looked at. Then, when it came to arranging, he changed his mind and went back on his word! So, now I'm left with a seriously faulty car?! No words!

A refreshingly honest and friendly service. A fair trade in price was offered straight away without the need for haggling and the price of the car on offer was good. I had a small issue with the car on the first day and this was sorted the next day without question. Wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The prices for cars offered by this small firm are competitive and very fair. There is no pushy sales-talk to pressure you into buying something that you did not have in mind. We came to look at a car we spotted in the listings of Autotrader. When we arrived, the car was ready for our inspection and for an unaccompanied test drive. The car conformed to the on-line description, drove well and was comfortable, so we bought it. The entire buying process was efficient and friendly, including arranging a temporary insurance cover for the drive home. All in all, the process was excellent. We have 3 months warranty on the car, and are now on day 3, so we cannot comment on that.

I was a little concerned about buying from a 'non-branded dealer', but the reviews were good. I can confirm a smooth transaction, fair part exchange value, and the car purchased was a reasonable price. Recommend.

Very nice and very simple transaction with Outwoods Motors. I was offered a very good part ex price for my car and the car I purchased was very well priced.i think it is fair to say this was the best deal I have been involved in in a few years. Chris S.

Car had catastrophic engine failure 7 months and ~6500 miles of driving car only had 65,000 miles on it. When engaging with Outwood Motors they refused to support (even partially which I suggested) what was a full engine replacement at £5,000 at cost. With 2 kids, no car and a debt from buying the original car which means I can’t buy another Outwoods has put me in a position where I have to now take a 1/ 1/2 commute to work on public transport. I really would look to avoid as you to could be in a disastrous position like my family. I am currently in court proceedings against outwood motors.

I cannot praise this family run business enough, I admit I know nothing about cars and was worried about buying a new one but Nigel was so friendly and very professional it made the whole experience an absolute joy!
