These guys are really friendly J and Mugg passionate about cars and give good advice. The outside of the premises is a little off putting but inside is a selection of high end motors. The bodywork and interior of the car we purchased was in excellent condition and nicely polished before collection. However I would recommend arranging an independent mechanic to check the vehicle as they are keen to ensure no issues before driving away. Unfortunately distance was an issue and Warranty Wise would not cover the £1200 we had to fork out within 4 weeks of purchase. Issues that should have been spotted on the MOT. Minor gripe as their admin person managed to mess up the V5 details, were waiting for a new one to arrive having bought the car in June. Apart from that the car is comfortable, drives well, economical, came with host of manufacturer options and drives superb and we love it. Would i recommend them - answer Yes. Just make sure you get an independant mechanic check and you complete the v5 sections yourself.

Very professional service from the guys at Panacea, I had to drive for several hours to come and collect the car and when I arrived it was out and displayed and ready for me which was greatly appreciated. The guys showed me around gave me a cup of coffee. I felt looked after from start to finish. They made sure everything was perfect with the Ranger before I left. I am very happy with the whole experience I would highly recommend them.

A few slight issues did occur with the vehicle after I purchased. However these all got sorted quickly and everything is running great now. My time at the dealership was good, the process was really simple and straightforward. There was no pressure on the sale the staff were helpful and all in all it was a positive experience i've had.
