I recently purchased my first Porsche from Panacea, and I am really pleased with the customer service at the dealership. The staff were professional and efficient. I haven’t used the car too much yet, but so far I have enjoyed it and haven’t had any issues. I would definitely recommend Panacea.

Very professional service from the guys at Panacea, I had to drive for several hours to come and collect the car and when I arrived it was out and displayed and ready for me which was greatly appreciated. The guys showed me around gave me a cup of coffee. I felt looked after from start to finish. They made sure everything was perfect with the Ranger before I left. I am very happy with the whole experience I would highly recommend them.

A few slight issues did occur with the vehicle after I purchased. However these all got sorted quickly and everything is running great now. My time at the dealership was good, the process was really simple and straightforward. There was no pressure on the sale the staff were helpful and all in all it was a positive experience i've had.

Brilliant service, no pressure or pushiness from the guys. A very straightforward experience, everything was spot-on. The car itself is great no issues there. So far so good.

I only use the car here and there but it is lovely, I did have an issue with a light that came on but it has seemed to just disappear now, just something i'm keeping my eye on, but if it comes back up I'll take it to Panacea to get sorted. The customer service was great, It was a quick service with no messing around and the car was valetted when I got it, no complaints at all.

They really listened to what I was looking for, helped me find the right car without any hassle, and explained everything clearly during the process. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy, not just making a sale. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience.

The staff were good as gold. As a businessman, I struggle to find time during the day to get things done, so they opened especially for me on a Sunday - which I really appreciated. The guy I dealt with was really nice, very on it. I’d definitely go back. They prepared the car nicely and told me if I need anything in the future, just give them a ring. Excellent service, 5 out of 5 - I’ll definitely go back.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. They basically just handed us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive - no pressure at all. We came back, said we loved it, and from arriving to driving away, the whole process took about 30 minutes. Easiest car I've ever bought, and honestly, the best one I've ever had. It's absolutely pristine. The missus is driving around with a smile on her face, she loves the car too. I've already recommended them to someone else, and I’ll 100% be going back.
