Great experience at Park Farm Prestige! The owner Phil top guy to deal with.....laser straight dealings.! Lovely converted T5, exactly as advertised. So after a 400 mile round trip completing a part ex it’s money and time well spent. So much so will recommend to any Van lovers and VW lovers...have a chat with Phil. Did some seat swapping and even bobbed on a reverse cam for me at no cost. Paperwork all efficiently completed on site, with drive home insurance. Many thanks.....family are enjoying the ride! Went out of his way to deliver for us and came through in every way, As the distance was so great between us he offered to have the car delivered to us within a week it was on our drive looking just a good as it did the day we viewed in his showroom. Feel in love with a vehicle, which was very well advertised by Park Farm Prestige. In fact to well! The car way 15 years old so expected to see it had some work done to it, but discription said no rot no rust. Dry stored all it’s life one lady owner. On arrival the car had just been washed and the soft top was all wet inside and leaking, on looking under the vehicle there was a lot of rush which after advertised as no rust so didn’t expect to see. The vehicle was running when we got there and very hot, couldn’t even see if it would start up from cold. Appointment was booked previous day so had plenty of time to sort out fuel. Sales man said he had just been to the local garage for petrol and to pick it up from being cleaned? Local I don’t think! he didn’t even turn the car off will we looked. I asked if he had had any spray work done on it as you could see it had been sprayed in it’s time. At which point he got very defensive indeed. There were white marks all over the outside of the drivers door where it looks like the paint had reacted to the undercoat. We traveled 160 miles in total to see what we thought was a nice clean well loved 15 year old car. We were very surprised when he said he would give us our fuel money back, as soon as you get home text me your bank account details and I will pay your fuel he said! Getting home I contacted him through eBay which is where I saw the car and said he could use my mobile number to pay pal me the fuel. This is where it goes sour I had a very nasty reply saying I had ruined his day we discussed him he had never meet such a rank pair of women and so on an so on! If I can just open one or two peoples eyes to this self absorbed sales man and his business of lies then I will be happy. When something sound to good to be try then it probably is! ! !

Hello guys... So sorry you feel like this but we should be clear on what actually happened. You chaps arrived with a terrible attitude and very aggressive & nasty indeed, You both clambered out of your van and shouted out loud from 20 meters away prior to actually seeing or being any where near the lovely motor car " IT'S AD PAINT MATE " taken aback i said would you like to actually like to have a look at the car before you make that assumption? i then held out my hand to greet you. To witch you grunted and said " I don't shake hands butt " whist crawling all over the dirty floor on your back like a master mechanic shouting "crap" "shed" etc After 5 minutes of you slateing my lovely car and being rude to me , my wife emily and my other customers who where viewing cars that day my temper had just about had enough of you. Never in my 20 years in the job come across such rude bad mannered people. You had told me it was the 6th you had viewed over a 3 week and they were all rubbish? my car was certainly far from rubbish actually the best example i have ever seen.... prepped to a very high standard as are all of my cars. My wifes offer of £60 fuel money to cover the cost of your journey was very kind seeing as you were so rude and agressive to us for no reason what so ever? however the comment about not trusting scammers like us with your bank account quickly changed my mind. THE MORAL OF THIS IS THAT THERE ARE 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY Good luck with the purchase of your new car and our thoughts go out the dealers who eventually supply you a car as im sure you will be awefull to them too. I have just got my new camper van off Park Farm prestige, it was my first time doing something like this, and I was somewhat nervous. However with Phil at Park Farm holding my hand I instantly realised that I was in the right place, he guided me through the purchase expertly, as he has obviously done for years with others. He advised me to get a big one. When I saw it, i couldn't believe it, and I was surprised at how clean it was, and had just been freshly trimmed. I'm happy I started with a big one now. Phil took the time to show me how all the buttons and knobs worked, which helped enormously. I'm sure I will have years of fun to come in the future with it, I feel so free, I can go anywhere. Everything was perfect for me at Park Farm Prestige. When I arrived there the Golf was clean and ready so as soon as all the paperwork was done I could drive straight off which made the process very quick. The guys there were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend!
