Brought an Audi A3 from Parkhill Cars and was extremely happy with the service and the car!

Just want to say thank you to everyone at Parkhill Cars, bought mini over a year ago and found company happy to help out with ongoing questions and queries over maintaining the up keep of reliable car! So handy to be able to pick up phone and ask for advice on putting in oil and water etc!

Excellent experience with this company. Very knowledgable, good after service care. Needed a reliable car for work. Very pleased I choose this company would recommend them to anyone. Cannot believe some of the reviews it was certainly not my experience. X

I bought a little Smart car from these guys and have to say "what a car" very happy with everything with it. Car came with full service book, all paperwork and was at a very good price. Dave the owner was very pleasant and put on a new MOT as the previous one was for 8 months. I for sure will be back again when I need another car.

Bought a Smart Car for my Partner who was about to Retire to an isolated Village in Devon. So pre purchase I was at pains to explain that it needed to be safe and reliable. I was advised that it was and so went ahead. About a week later when I found it had burned all the oil I took it to a Smart specialist who confirmed the need for an Engine rebuild and the ABS system was faulty and furthermore the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Were Parkhill Cars or Tortworth Cars as I now see they are named helpful? Suffice to say I did not receive any compensation for the £1000 repair bills Run like the wind is my advice based on my experience with Parkhill Cars (Torthworth Cars).

Beware, this car dealership (Parkhill Cars) has changed name to Tortworth Cars, it is the same dealership under a different name. We had many issues with this rude and vicious person after purchasing a Skoda Fabia VRS. He will happily lie and threaten violence.

Please do not buy from this so called dealership. Bought a car thinking it was good value. Immediately to discover a major fault. The dealership said it would be repaired but they continued to make excuses. I was without my money and a car for 2 weeks. When I approached the salesman, he was very aggressive and kicked me off the forecourt. Fortunately, I have now received a refund from my credit card company; I'm not sure the result would have been the same if I paid cash. Please save yourself the hassle and let this company go down the pan!

Please Do not buy from this dealer. Bought a car from them, found a few things wrong with it after a few days, took it back under warranty they fixed one issue but not a major issue it had. When I complained he spoke to me in an extremely offensive manner and hung up.
