Great people, very communicative, not at all pushy, honestly just great all round, I can't complain. And the car I got for what it is, is fantastic.

I purchased a volvo recently from here, I use to daily and it is a great run around car, so far it has been fine, no problems. The customer service I was happy with the staff were all friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault any of them. Great dealership experience from start to finish.

The manager at Parkside was very help and receptive, I felt we built a good foundation of trust. I took the car for a quick test drive and although it wasn't long it did allow me to get a feel for the vehicle and decide that I was happy with it. Since purchase everything has been great, I use the car for daily use, the only thing I have noticed is that the alignment feels a little off but overall I can't complain.

First time using this dealership, I dealt with 2-3 different staff members and they were all equally as helpful and professional throughout the sale. I am happy with the car, although I did find out this morning it does take about an hour to heat up haha! I would rate full stars as I didn't have any problems from start to finish.

I found Parkside online while looking for a car and found the Mercedes A-Class that I ended up buying. I have done a good amount of driving and am enjoying it so far. I would recommend Parkside.
