Having never purchased a car online previously, it's safe to say I was a little nervous, but my mind was made up when I came across a wonderful example advertised by Parkside Motors. They weren't exactly on my doorstep, so I took the plunge and made my initial enquiry. The whole process was enjoyable thanks to Gokhan's good energy - We had great rapport which made all the difference. People buy from people and i'm really happy with my choice.

It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with Gokhan; he had a pleasant manner throughout and is a true gent. I didn't feel belittled or pressurised, and felt completely at ease with his honest, fair approach. I'd like to express my extreme gratitude for going the extra mile and assisting me with not only transferring my private reg, but also organising the road tax on the new vehicle before I drove away. Everything was absolutely spot on - Efficient, methodical & professional from the moment I made my initial enquiry right through to vehicle collection. Worthy of a perfect score however i'd have appreciated a better price for my part-ex, but everyone says that i'm sure! Hugely grateful.

Before deciding whether to buy the Mercedes that I liked from Parkside Motors, I approached Gokhan, one of the representatives at the dealership, and requested a thorough test drive. I wanted to push the car to a decent speed to ensure there were no hidden issues. Gokhan was accommodating and allowed me to take the car out for a spin. During the test drive, I paid close attention to the steering and wheel balancing. Unfortunately, I noticed some wobbling in the steering, which concerned me. I immediately informed Gokhan about the steering issue. To my surprise, he handled the situation with utmost professionalism and empathy. Instead of brushing off my concerns, Gokhan took responsibility. He advised me to take the car to a repair shop to address the steering wobble and wheel balancing problems. The best part? Gokhan didn’t just stop at providing advice. He went above and beyond by refunding me the cost of the repairs! It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days at a car dealership. I really appreciate Gokhan for being a man of his words. Thank you so much. 

Such a top-quality service. The salesman went out of his way to make the buying process as easy as possible for my schedule. All my queries were responded to instantly, and the aftercare has been great. I highly recommend Parkside Motors in Edgware. I'm thrilled with my Land Rover, purchased from Parkside in December. I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to make sure that everything went smoothly with my new car. I'm delighted to report that it has been performing flawlessly. Gokhan, who looked after me, was excellent; he talked me through the finance step by step so that everything made perfect sense. I couldn't be happier with the Land Rover I bought from Parkside or the service from Gokhan; it was top-notch. 

My boyfriend and I recently went searching for a Mercedes. We came across Parkside Motors Ltd on AutoTrader, where we were fortunate enough to speak with Gokhan. He was far from the typical pushy salesperson you normally find at car dealerships. Gokhan bent over backwards to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. Our new car is amazing, and we love every opportunity we have to get behind the wheel of it.

I was so excited when I saw the Range Rover!! I walked into the show room, and I was like a little kid. Once I got some more information about the car, the team offered me a test drive and I couldn't wait. After the test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it and the car has been great ever since, I'm just getting use to some of the features it has to offer. Simple and quick process.

My Polo is so good to drive! I have had it for a couple of weeks now and I use it every day to go work and back, I'm really enjoying it. Along with the great car, I received great customer service from the staff, they were very welcoming while I was making my purchase. I would 100% come back here in the future.
