I recently had an issue with my DPF on my BMW called in couldn’t of been more helpful, left my car with them they had the problem diagnosed they rang and explained what was needed to fix the issue, when I picked my car up it was like I was driving a new car again very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend and need a few small jobs doing which I’ve already Booked in for nothing is too much trouble

Just had 2 cars in for mot and winter full service what a great set of lads nothing to much trouble even brought the car home for me when finished would recommend these boy's
My car was supposed to be with them for a day only requiring a couple of minor things. They kept the car for 3 days with no attempt to communicate with us. We missed an urgent hospital appointment due to this. Will not be returning or recommending in future very disappointed

We are terribly sorry to hear that you are disappointed on this occasion, we always endeavour to deliver the best service possible. in this instance we spoke with your partner on both occasions that there was a delay in the repair, the first of which we sincerely apologised for due to the required parts not being available same day, the second of which was a delay which allowed us to save your partner in excess of £100 by allowing a member of staff to bring their own personal headlamp repair/restoration kit from home (which you were not charged for) saving the need for replacement. This was explained on the phone and performed the following morning and the car was ready for collection early that day as your partner had already stated you had a hospital appointment to attend to .You supplied us with used parts to carry out another repair at the same time which were also faulty/worn, we carried out adjustment of the original item to allow use and you were also not charged for that time taken. We hope that this matter can be resolved and we hope to see you again in the future. Regards ParkView Vehicles
Had my car in for a service, they explained everything and was very friendly, polite and welcoming. The work was done in the time they said it would be done and they went through everything in fine detail. The cost was as normal price also and I was all round happy with the service I was giving from repairs, the service, the friendliness and the atmosphere of the garage. I would recommend this garage to anyone needing assistance with there vehicle.
