I have bought two cars from Paul Price Car Sales in five years. Paul Price is knowledgeable and help full. All servicing and repairs have been done by them and I have no complaints at all. Body work repair after an accident was first class as well. I will carry on buying second cars from this garage and I am confident I will get a good deal and back up with any problems I may encounter. I am amazed at the negative comments I have read on two previous reviews.
We have been buying cars and had them serviced at Paul Price Car Sales for about 30 years. During that time we have had excellent service. They have gone out of their way to get us the best possible car for the best deal. Should anything go wrong, which does happen with cars, they have helped us immediately to solve the problem. They remind us when our services and mot are due and if I pop in because a bulb has gone they replace it immediately, usually free of charge. To us they are almost like family and it is so reassuring to know that we have them to help us should anything go wrong with the car and this gives us peace of mind. Thank you team.
Picked car up on a Saturday, Four days later car undrivable, smoke pouring from the engine bay. AA called, split in exhaust system. Paul Price had the car back saying they would fix it. A few weeks later, same problem. They had bodged the repair to the exhaust. When told about it, they didn't want to know. They put the lives of my children in danger, by bodging the exhaust and allowing dangerous fumes into the car. Paul Price Car Sales then told lie after lie. Appalling people.
Bought a car on a Thursday, rang on a Friday, because of problems, bought car for £4000, then Paul Price bought it back off me for £2500, leaving me still owing, £1500 to finance company, with no car to show for it.
