Zak was a great help during the purchase of my Ford Fiesta. I liked the fact that Pavillion Car Sales is a family run business and they lived up to their reviews. The car has been well used since collection and I have nothing bad to report. Everything was really smooth as I drove up in my Part Exchanged car and drove away in the new Fiesta within the same day. 5* Service all round!

I took one big trip from London to the Midlands and all seems good so far, except for the tyre pressure being a bit low when I purchased the car but this was easily fixed. Zak helped me with my purchase and he was friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and I'm really glad I found these guys on Car Gurus.

After previous bad experience with another dealership, I did lots of research this time around and looked into reviews on both Google and Auto Trader trying to find a Mazda3 from a trustworthy dealership. I came across Pavillion Car Sales and feel really happy with my choice - They definitely lived up to their great reviews. Zak was absolutely brilliant in assisting me. He was helpful and friendly, and I'd like to say thank you very much. The 12 month AA warranty has given me great peace of mind. I'd definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Being a delivery driver, I was looking for a car with good mpg. I popped down to Pavillion car sales to look at a Honda Jazz initially, but the KA caught my eye and I decided it was a better fit. I've noted a couple of issues with the car since, such as the tyre pressure monitors and potential inconsistencies with the fuel gauge, but I reported this in an aftersales call and will pick up with Zak directly. Overall I'm fairly happy with the service provided and would definitely return in future.

So far so good with the Toyota Yaris I bought from Pavillion Car Sales last month. I've driven about 100 miles in it, and have no complaints. I owned a Yaris previously but my insurance premium sky rocketed, so I've opted for one with a smaller engine. I'd like to give all the staff at Pavilion a pat on the back, as the customer service provided was better than most experiences I've had in the past when buying a used car.
