As I told Zak when I was buying the car, I've not had the best of luck in the past. My previous cars have always had faults pretty quickly, but I'm glad to say I've had no issues with my Fiesta so far. All's going well which is a massive green tick as far as I'm concerned. Pavillion Car Sales was actually recommended to me in a local community group chat. I used to work in the Industry myself, so I know a good dealership when I find one. I was in and out within one hour which even by my standards is seriously impressive.

I don't do a lot of miles just local driving, but touch wood all's fine with the Hyundai i10 I bought from Pavillion Car Sales. I was assisted by a lovely young man who was as good as gold. He was really good with me and told me everything I needed to know. He’s a young fella but he’s learning the trade well—I even told his dad he’s great at his job. I call it as I see it, and he's going to be great.

The car's been great so far and I’ve been using it daily for work with no issues. It’s actually been running really well. I was generally happy with the service from Zak at Pavilion, but there were a couple of things that could've been better. I had to change the oil not long after buying it and I felt the valet could have been done to a higher standard. That said, my overall experience was still positive, so I’ve given four stars. Not perfect, but still pretty good!

I’d been on the hunt for a Scirocco with a specific spec for a while so I was made up when I saw one pop up at Pavilion Car Sales, and even better, they’re only 30 minutes down the road! When I got there Zak greeted me, and he was brilliant. His customer service/general mannerisms were spot on and he was really open and honest about the car, which gave me loads of confidence in what I was buying. Since then, I’ve been very much enjoying it and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the dealership.

If I’m being completely honest, Pavillion Car Sales are absolutely brilliant—and that’s coming from someone whose car hasn’t been perfect...but the way they’ve handled everything has been faultless. I don’t live locally so when I was on my way to collect the car, the team kindly stayed open late for me which was a huge help. Then when I had an issue with the car, they were really apologetic, booked me in for a diagnostic straight away and got everything fixed quickly. It’s been perfect ever since, and I’m loving how fuel-efficient it is. I’ve got nothing bad to say—I definitely made the right choice buying from Pavillion. If you’re reading this, thanks so much!

I've driven around 2,000 miles in my Fiat 500X so far, and everything's been great. I found it online and since Pavilion Car Sales had exactly what I was looking for, I made the trip from Brighton to Crawley. I'm really happy with the car, but I haven’t given full marks because although the dealership did follow up to check how I was getting on (which I appreciated), it wasn’t until two months after the purchase.

I can’t fault the service I received from Zak and the guys over at Pavilion. After buying my Ford Kuga I noticed some issues with the brakes wobbling at high speeds. I reached out to Zak and even though the repairs weren’t covered under warranty, he generously covered 50% of the cost to replace the front discs and pads for me. You can’t get fairer than that.
