Said they would refund me for a faulty car and then did a bunk

Bought a BMW last month...I like to wait a month before reviewing with anything I purchase! Dealt with Scott, very professional but in no way pushy (I never buy from pushy salesmen).

I bought this car with my heart and not my head and regretting it ever since Alarm bells should have started ringing when I walked in the office with its ropey pictures of Las Vegas on the walls and Mark the salesman looking like he has just rolled out of a jumble sale. Experienced some problems (still not sorted) went to see the salesman and all he could do with a grunt is scribble down his bosses number and said "you need to talk to him" Beware the warranty is capped at £250 which in the big scheme of things is worthless

Fantastic service - 3rd car bought / swapped with the garage in Totton and Southampton branches. My partner has also now purchased a car too from them. I could not recommend them enough - They have fixed problems for me prior to taking the car and have always given me a fair price. I have bought a mini this month from them after trading my car in, I noticed on the way home the back windscreen wiper was not working, they called me and straight away, they are fixing it for me this Friday -- Cannot qualm with that. These guys have always given me very good service, and it is a pleasure doing business with them and their quality cars.

Reasonably priced for what was advertised but unfortunately the car was not prepared adequately and had multiple ongoing issues - all were promised to be resolved and indeed the car was in with them for some considerable time to try to resolve the issues. Some were fixed but after 4 months and still without doors that lock and now with >£1000 of bills from incorrectly installed parts that needed fixing after a breakdown and all has gone deathly quiet. No response to attempts to contact and I am now having to take legal action to attempt to reclaim costs that are covered under Sales Of Goods Act. A real shame as initially I would have given them a thumbs up. Instead I can only advise buyer beware of Paynes Road Vehicle Centre.

I purchased my car form this dealership in June of this year (2015). They were efficient and helpful and pleasant to deal with. In the three months since purchase I haven't had any problems with the car.
