Can’t fault the entire experience when buying a car from Pellon motors. Drive up from Cheshire to look at a car. Given the car for a test drive (without staff) and came back and agreed a price and drive out in it. Without asking they gave me a road tax refund that I had paid. They didn’t need to do this but thought it a lovely gesture. I would definitely RECOMMEND this garage. I did so to my sister and my daughter and they’ve bought their own cars too. Great service, great prices, great cars. I’ll be back for my next one Rob- Cheshire

Bought car from Pellon Motor Group 6 weeks ago, very pleased with it, but had problem with air conditioning this past week in hot weather, contacted Pellon motor group yesterday , took it in today and all sorted, working perfectly now! Would recommend.

Overall, because I know what I am looking at, I am happy with the car that I bought from Pellon Motor Group. It was listed as category D repaired so no structural damage just panel repair. The insurance company makes this decision, not the seller, so you can be sure it is accurate. The seller agreed to carry out remedial work on the alloy wheels, which they did, however the car came back with all the security wheel nuts missing. Incompetence on the behalf of the seller and the wheel refurbishing company. I mentioned that I had not tested the parking sensors and needed to be sure they were fully operational. It appears that the garage that repaired the car couldn't be bothered to transfer the sensors. This was rectified by the seller. Again no attention to detail. The tyre pressures were all over the place and one wheel showed evidence of where the balancing weights should have been, but had become dislodged. Only £15.00 to correct but should have been done as part of the pre-delivery inspection. Valeting is not a word that they understand. Generally poor, but as the car had such low mileage was not difficult to bring back to like-new appearance. Did all my checks Hpi etc. and confirmed that the mileage was correct. The local VW dealer confirmed that the car had been service by Volkswagen from new so all ok there. It is useful to know that the dealerships have access nationwide to car service history as you do not get the service book with the car as the insurance company removes it, You do however, receive a replacement book with the car which is blank and allows you to continue with the history from your date of purchase. Overall, a great car at a great price. BUT, as I said earlier KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT and if you don't, take someone with you who does.
