I've had my Fiesta from Pellon for a few weeks now and I have had no issues at all. Although it is a second-hand car, it was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition, there wasn't a single scratch or mark on the body work and the interior is immaculate. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful during my purchase, always checking I had everything I needed. I am super pleased and the car is 100% worth every penny.

Absolutely wonderful first impression of Pellon Motor Group, they were such a great bunch of people and were really pleasant to purchase from. The transaction was really simple and straight forward and was very much hassle free. It didn't take long at all to finalise and I was soon driving away in my Honda Civic. I've wanted a Ford Focus for around 5 or 6 years, but the timing has never been convenient and I just haven't had a good enough excuse to get one. Finally, I have now got my hands on one, and wow, it is so enjoyable and fun to be behind the wheel. It is better than I ever imagined them to be and I am wondering why I didn't get one all those years ago, LONG OVER DUE!! Cheers Pellon, I FINALLY, have my hands on one of these beauties!

I would give Pellon Motor Group an overall rating of 4.5 stars, only because nobody is perfect, but... these were very close! Everything was straight forward and simple and wasn't stressful at all, help where needed but also time and space given when needed. The Kia that we purchased is fab, it does everything it needs to and has proven to be very reliable so far. I would definitely consider purchasing from here again when ready to swap.

The only critique I would give , is that it arrived 10 hours too early! It's not a huge problem and I direct that at the delivery service rather than Pellon. and At least I had something to look forward when finishing work! Apart from that, I loved every part of the purchase, they were so helpful in sending me pictures of the vehicle and given me extra information to ensure I was happy. They always gave me frequent updates on the status of the purchase and whatnot. The guy over the phone answered every question I had, (which was a fair few)! I would definitely buy from Pellon again. My newly delivered Mini Cooper has been flawless ever since arriving.

My C4 was already waiting for me on the day of collection and looked absolutely immaculate when I went to drive it away. The inside was so pristine and the exterior was gleaming, they really go to town on their valet's and it shows!! I am loving my Citroen, it is a really nice, comfortable car to drive, and is perfectly suited to me. I would definitely use Pellon again, they were brilliant during the purchase, and even gave me a courtesy call a few weeks down the line to make sure that I was still loving the car!!
