We'd been thinking about switching to an EV for a while, but had many questions! We met with Thomson Barrett at Penton MG Salisbury. He spent a long time with us and was clearly very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. We were keen on the MG5 and went on to purchase. We've had the car for a week now, and are very pleased with our decision.
Highly recommend dealing with Thomson, his maturity denies his years! He's very passionate on the subject and will certainly treat you well, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

Upon visiting the garage we were met by Dillon, an extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate young man. Dillon was able to give us all of the information we needed and we proceeded to purchase our new car from him, the MG HS, which we are delighted with. Everything at the garage was simply explained and we were given all of the information we needed to make the best/right decision for us as a family.
Other car garages around Salisbury could take a leaf out of this garage and also learn from Dillon on how to deal with customers, in a friendly and compassionate way.
We moved away from Ford, and will be looking to stay with MG from now on.

We travelled 50miles to see a Citroen C4 space tourer nearly didn't go but so glad we did. We were looked after by Dillon from start to finish he was very helpful and knowledgeable couldn't ask for a more enjoyable experience. We will recommend Penton to friends and family. Thank you

Bought an 18 month old 508 SWPSE on 15th May.
Car had dent and scratches on it when I went to pick up that day.
48 hours later electrical errors appeared and car was in 'limp' mode.
Dealer picked it up from my home on 20th May saying everything would be fixed within 2 weeks.
Between dealer and Peugeot UK they took over a week to give me feedback on what they thought the electrics issue was.
Part needed to fix car (well so they say) is not in UK, earliest delivery will be early to mid July Peugeot UK are saying.
No offer of compensation to cover the fact they have £40k of my money in their bank and I'm paying road tax and car insurance for a car I won't have for at least 2 months. Dealer offered yet more warranty, I've already paid for 2 extra years!!!!
Shocking approach to customer service.
Sales lead - young guy (Jack), seemed like a nice guy, think he said he was only 18/19 years old. Totally out of his depth in terms of knowing about the car, this is a flagship Peugeot car so think his manager and colleagues need to educate him more if they are going to put him in front of customers buying such a car. As I say, was a nice guy.
First and last time I buy a Peugeot. I tracked this car / model for over 18 months before I decided to buy this one from Penton and the whole experience has been shocking.

My husband and I came in recently and purchased a 2022 MG. Dillon helped us out with everything and he was great! This was a very stress free experience. Dillon helped us out so much and let us know if we ever run into any issues to let him know.

After a rather terrible experience at another dealership, we turned to Penton MG and couldn't be happier with the service.
In particular Dillon was a fantastic, he took the time with to go through and explain everything, ever patiencent with my Father and Grandfather during this process. The customer service has been faultless. As a result a brand new car was bought there an then. We would highly recommend!
