Pleasant dealership without any hard pressure to make a purchase. Salesman, Matt Notley, was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed as to when the new car was being delivered. Upon handover he was very patient and expkained all the technology in detail.

Matt was incredibly helpful in helping me buy my car! I found it online while I was at university so he sent videos of the vehicle for me and we organised for my parents to look at it. Throughout the process, there was no pressure and Matt was very accommodating, holding onto the car until I came back and could see it myself and purchase it. Overall great experience and when my brother needs a car we will be coming back to Penton to see what they have!

Excellent experience, didn't feel "the hard sell" at any point from the initial browsing to the test drive and final purchase. Matt was on hand to answer our questions etc.

I met Thomson on my initial visit to Pentons. He was pleasant and helpful and not at all pushing. He took me for a test drive in the Corsa that I wanted but as it was too expensive he promised to find me another. He did so in one week and I test drove the second car when he was patient and understanding and I bought the car. He has kept his word with everything he promised to do.

Would not hesitate to go back to Pentons, they made buying my new electric Citroen very easy
