I dealt with Adrian Stanley at Bootle for my new Ford Focus, he gave me lots of fantastic advice and thoroughly helped me with every step of my journey, even though he was going through his own personal issues. Just finished purchasing my 1st car on options (Puma). James Kavanagh was excellent at explaining everything through the whole procedure. Really happy with the deal and advice given from James.

This weekend we picked up our second Puma in 9 months and Very pleased. From first contact with Peoples Bootle right through the delivery and orientation the service has been 5 star. The reason I'm writing this review, is due to one person, Adrian Stanley. I bought many a car from Adrian when he was at Peoples Prescott and it was a real pleasure. He moved on to Peoples Bootle and I was ready to hand the car back, unable now to get a "ford ticket." I was prepared to get a car through my companies car lease scheme, but Adrian kept in touch with me and I explained my situation. Yesterday, I drove my new car out of Peoples Bootle due to Adrian Stanley. His communication skills are second to none, this isn't bull here to say I class this man as a friend. His knowledge and care for his customers is very reassuring and nothing is too much trouble for him. I had regular updates on what was happening and when, it was a real pleasure and I can say I'm already looking forward to doing another deal with him when the time arises.

Hi everyone just want everybody to know my experience at this place I bought a brand new ford focus in August 2019 and got told by a friend that the service staff don't service the car properly so I marked the oil filter and when I got my car back the oil was still black and the same oil filter was still on and when I went to the dealership to complain the counter staff was very disrespectful and didn't want to known then some big guy come over and told me to leave so I told them I will never buy a another car from peoples Bootle ever again and have since sold my ford focus and bought a Audi Q2 and got better treated in Liverpool Audi
