When you originally got in contact regarding the black Ford transit, I spent quite some time talking to you about the condition of the vehicle. We then did a detailed video call and I pointed out any imperfections that I could see. I also explained that being a Transit commercial vehicle that was over 10 years old, it was not going to be perfect. The day before you were due to view the van, you contacted me and requested that the van was washed before you viewed so you could inspect the bodywork. This was done for you, and I also suggested that we did another video call but you said you were happy not too. The day you came to view I arranged to collect you from my local station. We then drove back to my base where you inspected the van YOURSELF. I left you alone to take as long as you wanted to inspect the vehicle. After you had finished looking over it, you seemed happy with everything and decided to buy it. I really can’t understand why you have left this unfair review.

So chuffed with our new Vw Caddy from Performance Direct! We traveled just under 6 hours by train to collect it from Swansea. Can’t fault the service we were even collected from the train station. Van is great well worth the trip! Thank you 😊 Liza xxx
Just purchased a VW Transporter Kombi from Performance Direct and we were thrilled to bits with the vehicle - Liam, the owner, comes accross as a very genuine and honest guy who knows his niche vehicles very well. I travelled 260 miles to Swansea to get it and it was well worth the trip. His photos and the video he sent us were very helpful in making up my mind to cross the country to get it. The Veedub was in very good condition and we were very happy with the price. It ticked all the boxes for us and I can recommend his business unreservedly
