I’d paid deposit 2 days ago, got train ticket from Liverpool to Edinburgh and arranged for salesman Max Codona to collect me on Monday, on Saturday salesman John Morris rings to say price error and after a long waste off time patronising phone call, he won’t honour the original price. If it the last place on earth to buy a car don’t go near them! No integrity at all, check reviews which I hadn’t, and they are absolutely terrible 😢, I wanted to give minus stars 🌟 but couldn’t, I’m in my 60’s and can say with all honesty it’s the worst company I’ve dealt with by a country miles!!!

Went to buy a car for cash £9150. Which was a good deal and paid the reservation fee. Sales rep called and asked for £244 admin fee! , £180 road tax , £20 for fuel and £450 for a years warranty. Plus £1.50 a mile to deliver =£150. Not much of a bargain once all is revealed. Had red flags all over it. I subsequently cancelled. Pretty much got a similar car for same price with a years warranty, road tax and half a tank of fuel from another dealer. My advice is to please shop around and not be sucked in.

Had the most horrendous experience from start to finish especially with the manager James he’s full of shite! Tryed to talk out off a bad situation would never recommend to anyone and il be sure to let people know this!!

I went into the carshow room to look for a new car the response I got was really nice the saleswoman looked after me really well I seen a carthat I liked took it for a test drive everything was fine went back to the showroom sat down and worked out figures for me I had a trade in that went well .The saleswoman then done a credit check on me and was told I had a 60 percent of passing the credit check I was happy when I left I no it was a Saturday and was told it will be Monday before I hear anything Monday morning I phoned up and was told nothing yet but I will be in touch Monday night heard nothing not a phone call nothing I am very disappointed 😥 after all the trouble the saleswoman and myself and hearing from your company not a happy customer it would be nice just a phone call to tell me if I got the car or not

.l recently purchased a used car from Peter Vardy Edinburgh, the experience was very easy and pleasant mainly due to Heera, Who, in my experience, appeared to be a genuine honest polite and helpful bloke. However, the SD card for the satellite navigation which was advertised was not present, I was told it Wasn't There When they received the car, and I was told they would not be replacing it. I understand that this is a a small thing in the complex nature of cars, however I felt I was sold a car that was incomplete. I acknowledge that it was my choice to go ahead and buy the car, and I was aware upon purchase that the SD card was missing. At one point I was informed that they would indeed replace the SD card, to be informed later that that didn't need an SD card as it had Android auto.. I did inform Hera that I wasn't altogether happy about this, Iwas impressed by his polite well mannered approach. Great car by the way!

Had been I dialogue with them via phone calls and emails about buying a car on the Friday and Saturday and offered to go for a test drive on the Sunday to which they said they were shut. We arranged a call for the Monday morning to finalise the deal and pay a refundable deposit subject to test drive. Then......I got an email Monday morning saying a deposit was taken on the Sunday (when they were supposed to be closed). Raging was an understatement.

Avoid Peter vardy Dundee at all costs, Hard sell, aggressive, attitude problems, non interest. Stay away.

Sadly we were really disappointed from the service. Buying the car was straightforward enough, but everything that followed hasn't been great. First off car was supposed to be delivered, but at the last minute that was cancelled and told couldn't be re- arranged so we were left to find a different solution. Couple weeks later had to contact the store as there was a problem. Car obviously still under their warranty so assumed straight forward to get fixed. Initially told concern would be passed to service department. 2 weeks later still no contact however so chased again. Apparently no request was made and now been told just to take it to Halfords and ask them to fix the problem. Not so impressed with their customer service and zero after care I've you've signed paperwork.
