A bit of waiting around on both visits. Asked to make a contribution against the cost on the day of pickup for issues with the car which were not picked up when the trade in estimate was done. Did not spoil collection just seemed to take a while.

From the minute I arrived to driving away in my new car the experience I had at Phantom was exceptional. The sales guy was brilliant, the mechanics articulate, the boss smart and very professional, it was amazing

I reported the issue to the warranty company. I then got a quote for the work from a vat registered garage which was just under £500. The warranty company accepted this quote. I had the jib done payed for the work myself. Then provided receipts for the work and the warranty company payed me the money back the day. So very satisfied with the service and I would rate 5*
