I am happy with the car now, but initially it was not the best experience. I travelled such a distance to view the car, and when speaking with them beforehand, I asked for any markings or scratches to be shown to me or at least mentioned in a walk around. I was told there weren’t any and that the vehicle was in great condition. However, on arrival, there were around three to five scratches and marks. I then felt I didn’t have much choice but to take the vehicle, as I had travelled such a long way. I couldn’t understand why the dealership wasn’t honest from the start. It ruined my experience and made me question them as a dealership. The only reason I am giving a three and not lower is because the person I spoke to on the phone after I had left actually did try to rectify the issue and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. However, the whole situation has made me decide that I will not be returning.

So far so good. I am very pleased with the BMW X5 I recently got from Phantom. I dealt with Amir, who was a great chap and very professional. He definitely persuaded me into buying the extra add-ons. I wouldn’t say he was at all pushy, he just had some great sales techniques. I would employ him myself. The car was delivered, so it wasn’t perfectly clean when it arrived. I felt there were a few spots missed with the ceramic coating and it could have been a little more pristine. However, I really cannot fault my overall experience with Phantom. It was all great.

The car is perfect, I am loving it. I came across it on AutoTrader and went to view it in person. It was exactly as pictured and described. I didn’t find that anything was hidden or not mentioned to me. I was very pleased. The service was great, a super easy process, and I wasn’t waiting around. The car was all cleaned and tidy for me when I took it home.

It is a lovely car. My wife and I have been enjoying it very much, we have done around 150 miles so far. A friend recommended Phantom to us, and as soon as we saw the Defender, we knew it was the car for us. It was definitely top marks.

Overall, I’m happy with the car and it’s running fine and I’m pleased with how it drives. There is some condensation and water in the back light, which I haven’t spoken to the dealership about yet, but hopefully it’s a quick fix but I will contact the warranty company about this. The buying experience was great. Longin was a really nice chap and a lovely salesperson who did his job really well without any pressure. This was my first time buying from this dealership, although I’d heard of them before and saw the good reviews, which is what made me choose them.

The Ford Mustang that I purchased has been fine, and the customer service was good as well. I would recommend them to others.

I have bought two cars from Phantom Motor Company. I purchased a Tesla, I have had a few in the past, so I was familiar with the cars, but I will say the salesman was spot on. 10 out of 10.

Everything with my LR Defender has been all good. I'm just waiting to hear back from Gary regarding the password for the dash cam I have. as the previous owner has the code but otherwise its a good car. Gary has been a great man to deal with.

Great experience buying from Phantom. I travelled a long way to come to them and was not disappointed. They offered to collect me from the train station and made the whole buying process easy and enjoyable. The car is great and I love driving it every day.
