I would rate a 5. The purchase was smooth. Had an issue on the way home. This was delt with on the same day.

It was my first time using Phantom, and it was actually a rather pleasant experience. There wasn’t any pressure or pushiness from the staff. They just let me do my thing and look around without rushing me. I went for an Audi A5, and so far it has been a great car. I am thoroughly enjoying it. I took it for a test drive while I was at the dealership. I felt the route was good and gave me a chance to really get a feel for the car. I felt very well accommodated by the staff. They really thought about my needs and provided such good customer care.

All is going well with my vehicle so far. I was satisfied with the standard of service that was provided at Phantom. The staff were all very attentive. It was a quick and smooth transaction. I would recommend them.

The experience was overall really good and friendly, felt like I was given the information I was looking when looking into the car. The team were welcoming and made it simple to buy the car with no hassle and deal the part exchange of my old car as well.

really easy purchase, very professional service, can't fault phantom

I recently purchased from the Phantom Motor Company, and I'd give them a 4.5 out of 5. Upon collection the locking wheel nuts were not tightened, but apart from this they were good people to deal with who gave a good service, and the car seems to be driving fine.

Bought a BMW from Chelsie and everything’s been great, no issues at all with the car itself. I hardly use it, it mostly just sits on the drive, but it’s been spot on. Chelsie was brilliant throughout. She handled everything perfectly and I couldn't fault her. The only thing I noticed when I went to pick it up was that there was some damage at the back. It did take about a month to get sorted, but in the end, it was fixed properly.

The only issue I had was with my car was with the track rod end but it's been sorted and since then, it hasn't been an issue. Gary looked after me on the day and he was absolutely fine, there was no pressure.

The VW Caddy has been running well. Kevin was helpful and I think we got a good deal with the Caddy. I would potentially return to them in the future if I were to buy again.
