Recently bought a vehicle from Phantom Motor Company and dealt with Luke and David. They kept open communication with me throughout the purchase process and even added some custom extras to the vehicle upon request. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on a trailer but it was driven down which meant it wasn’t as clean on the exterior and had extra mileage. The chips on the door could also have been repaired to a better standard. Regardless, happy to recommend them to anyone and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the near future.

Great service buying the car. There were a few issues after purchasing but the owner Cole sorted these out quickly. I would buy from him again.

Great experience buying my Merc, but a lot of issues after. It took them 3 weeks to sort wrongly fitted wheels (by them) communication was poor. I realised a month after purchase that they hadn't cleared the finance on my old car, so I was paying for two! Everything was eventually solved but the issues shouldn't have happened and should've been sorted quicker, wouldn't use again.

Great service until something goes wrong, This is supposed be be a prestige car dealership. The sold me a bmw 530 GT in January and when I took the car for a service I was told that the rear wheel had been welded up four times and was leaking air and was too dangerous to drive. This should of been picked up on In the inspection carried out before delivery. This was three weeks ago and I’ve had nothing but lies and being fobbed off. They don’t return calls they promise to make. I have a disabled wife and I’ve been left over the Christmas holidays with no car as it doesn’t have a spare wheel. The only honest and decent member of staff is Kay in sales who has on numerous occasions tried to get someone to call me but the sales managers are not interested after they’ve had the money . I would avoid Phantom Motor Company at all costs. I guess it’s a trading standards issue now, beware

Cannot thank Phantom Motor Company enough. This is my second purchase in 3 years from them. The service was second to none. Cole the director even saw to me personally. They made me feel so welcome, sorted all my finance within 1hr and I drove away the same day. I have honestly never seen a showroom with so many high end cars. It had full service history and I took it to the garage that has done all the services since new for its B service which is the main service when they check everything on the car .
