The VW Golf is for my son and he is loving it The dealership was absolutely fine the only problem we had which is stopping me from giving it a 5 star is that we had to replace the front shock absorbers through the warranty

I recently purchased a Mercedes E220D from Phantom Motor Company and I am really happy with the car I thought the salesman was helpful and friendly throughout the process If I was to give any feedback it would be that the car was not very well prepped for when I went to view it When I got the car home and looked at it when it was clean I noticed a few bumps which I could not see when i was at the dealership. Overall I would rate my experience a 4 star and I would use them again if they keep to the warranty and service agreement we have.

3 - happy with the car, but was told it would be serviced, and that the ashtray would be fixed before delivery, but the ashtray is still broken and the car had not been serviced.

So far the car has been pretty good, there was a couple of bits to get fixed but I got it sorted myself. Matthew was really good - I dealt with him in the lead up and during the purchase too. 5 out of 5.

Gary was fab, he was really lovely. He didn't pressure me to buy which was appreciated. I found them online and they are quite far from me, but I decided to travel because I wanted that specific car and I'm glad I did. Easy 5 stars.

3 stars- Happy with the ease of purchase and standard of vehicle. Phantom were easy to deal with from the start, I appreciated the video walk round of the car and detailed pics. On the day sales agent seemed a little annoyed when advised that we would not be purchasing extended warranty which came across in his manner. I purchased the ceramic coating (interior and exterior) package but have to say disappointed in the finish of it. When washing the vehicle you can clearly see where the coating has and has not been applied. Also the paintwork was not of the appropriate standard before application and had not been prepared properly. A ceramic coating should not be applied on top of tar or iron deposits and the roof of the vehicle was particularly dirty. Interior wise I was disappointed to find a big hole in the floor mats, which I replaced to the tune of £180 and we found two wooden forks in the cargo nets of front seats, clearly indicating a lack of attention to detail. Aside from the this I am happy with the car and have had no problems so far, but feel I completely wasted £700 on an inferior valet which I was assured would be first class and faultless and did not appreciate the change in demeanour from sales agent

Lewis was helpful and professional from start to finish, I am really pleased with the service, I am happy with the car, and with Phantom overall. I would give them a 5/5.
