Everyone at the dealership’s great, especially Kamren…he was fantastic! A lovely chap who was very efficient and always really responsive. I saw the car online and knew it'd sell quickly, so I reached out and he managed to squeeze me in that same day without an appointment so I didn’t lose out.

Really happy with my Jeep Wrangler from Phantom Motor Co. It’s a great car and I’ve had no issues since it was delivered. I was a bit nervous buying without seeing it first, but it looked exactly like the advert and arrived in great condition. Delivery was on time too. Brilliant experience overall.

I’d go as far as saying Phantom are probably the best company we’ve ever dealt with. One of the shock absorbers snapped shortly after we bought the car and I instantly thought, here we go…, but they were all over it and had the repair process started within 24 hours. The warranty company suggested fitting a second-hand part, but Phantom pushed back and insisted on a brand new, genuine one which I can’t fault them for. Anything we needed, they were on it and they even sent out a replacement undertray straight away. The handover was slightly delayed, but they kept us entertained looking around all the supercars, and we met the owner who was a great guy as well. The car looked and smelt brand new when we got it, and nothing was too much trouble for Kamren. He was really chilled, explained everything clearly and with us having a baby with us, he kept checking if we needed anything. I think the true test of a dealership is how they treat you after the sale — and these guys delivered 100%. I’d definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish

After buying several vehicles over the years . The service I received from Phantom was by far the best. The choice of stock was superior as was the sales staff.

Lewis Mort was incredibly helpful and made the process very simple, fielding my questions and responding quickly. The vehicle was delivered by a nice chap who was well-mannered and respectful.
