I bought a Mercedes C-Class from Phantom Motor Company, and the car's been bang on. I haven't got any complaints about the dealership either. I'd looked at a few C-Classes before buying this one, and with some of them, there were instant red flags when I looked into them. This one was different, though. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it. Matt was the salesman. He was bang on as well. I'm really happy with the car and how everything turned out. In fact, I've already sent my dad a car from their website earlier today, which says a lot about what I think of them.

The experience with Phantom has been brilliant. When I had an issue with the Audi A6, they offered to cover the costs of the repair at a local garage. It's a used car, and they are covering the costs, so I can't complain at all.

Knew what I wanted and saw a 4 series on Autotrader so I popped down to Phantom Motor Company. Deal was done then they dropped the price on my part ex which upset me. I felt they were nit picking on a 16yr old car and dropped the price after we had agreed. Apart from that, everything was fine. Matt was fantastic, he was a nice guy. Everyone was very friendly there, which helped the rating I gave.

My experience with Phantom and Gary was fantastic! I was doing a job in Wigan and saw a sign for Phantom and thought I would have a look as I was after a new car. I wasn’t aware you normally had to book in to view the cars. Gary was great, bent over backwards to help me and show me the cars they had on the website. He brought up the BMW X7 they just got in, as soon as I saw it, I purchased it.

Garry at Phantom was good. The Merc GLC has been fine so far. The front tyres did need replacing within the first 1000 miles, there was a rip in the seat that I was not told about before, and the lights on the door handles don’t work. Otherwise, everything has been spot on with the Merc.
