Everything was perfect, great work by the sales guys for getting everything sorted including my part ex. One minor point was that they told me the exhaust was completely stock but it turns out it wasn't, I had to rectify it myself. I'd happily give them 4 stars.

My son also purchased a car from here and he dealt with Gary so when we went we asked for him too. He was really good - he deserves a bonus to be honest! I'm enjoying the car so far - it's a bit big but I'm having fun practicing in it. The only thing they could improve was it was quite hard to get through to specific people because of the phone system they use. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

When I collected my vehicle the wipers were worn, but after reaching out to Phantom it was resolved quickly by Leonie. Since then, the vehicle seems all okay and I was happy enough with the sales service from Jon

Had a few teething problems at the beginning but I'm happy with how the dealership worked to resolve things. I'm scoring them four out of five as it's not been perfect but as I say, I'm happy overall

I have purchased a few cars from Jon now, and each time I go in, he remembers me by name and it feels like going in to see a friend. He is always welcoming and able to accommodate any needs. I purchased my first Porsche from him, I went for the 911. Honestly, it is a fantastic car, a real beauty. I have definitely given it a good test, and everything is spot-on, as expected from a car purchased from Phantom. I have never had any issues with this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them for exceptional cars and service.

my purchase with phantom motor company was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better service, had the car ready to pick up within the week, MOT all done and serviced for me picking it up, 5 out of 5 for me!

I use the car here and there, mainly on weekends, and I am really pleased with it. I did have to wait a little to get it as there was an issue the dealership was fixing, but they kept me in the loop and kept me updated. I also noticed that when I picked up the car, it hadn't really been cleaned. It didn’t bother me too much as everything with the car is great, but just a bit of feedback. I would still use Phantom again, they were really easy to deal with.

Haven't had the car that long, however, the service and satisfaction with the car have been great. I feel the particular car I purchased has been looked after and for us is perfect
