Spotted this car on Autotrader, firstly what caught my eye was its colour, its competitive price and not to mention its great description, then i noticed the company's name selling the vehicle Phantom motors co (ghost) my fisrt thought was Rolls Royce but my second thought was is this a ghost company. So from there I did my homework and gathered as much information as I could to verify that this dealer was nothing but genuine before proceeding with my purchase. If you look at their website you can see they only sell quality cars. Being 250 miles away would prove an obstacle when viewing, there's no way I'm travelling that far. I made contact with Alistair who I must add was extremely helpful answering all my questions and queries, he was more then happy to send me an in-depth video of the car, explained all financing and warranty option, plus delivery charges and dates, all this without being pushy or overbearing. I've now had my car two weeks and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. So to summarise Genuine company Helpful and informative Competitively priced Quality cars Would have no problem dealing with them again.

Pre-sale communication etc was fantastic and problems were sorted out (in the main). It took a long time to get done but it was over Christmas and specialist parts were needed etc. But, not everything was fixed on collection (tow bar and warning lights) so I had to go back and was directed straight through to Aftersales. Again, impeccable service and professionalism - but repairs not being completed until April 1st. The things being done were all identified (towbar) or should have been fixed (warning lights) prior to collection. That's the only reason the score is not 5.
