Buying the car was absolutely brilliant, but I'd say the aftercare from Phantom let the side down slightly. I had issues with the car soon after purchase (which the dealership couldn't have predicted to be fair), but the lack of updates left me feeling in limbo for a period which was less than ideal. Everything's sorted now and it's not put me off using them again, but I think it's important to provide constructive feedback when possible.

I’ve been using the Touareg pretty much every day since I bought it and it’s been absolutely great, so I've got no complaints at all. Matt looked after me on the day - he’s only a young lad, but he was dead friendly and helpful. He couldn’t have done a better job to be honest.

I reckon this S-Class is the best car I've ever owned. It's running perfectly and sounds great too. Matt the salesman at Phantom was fantastic and I've got no reason to not rate 5/5

Dealt with Amir and they were decent to deal with, providing very good customer service throughout. When it came to collect I ended up being early and it was no bother to him, as he managed to get it right for me and it was clean. So far everything seems alright
