I recently made my first purchase with Phantom and it went very well. As soon as I arrived the team were welcoming and approachable. I viewed my Jaguar and it was immaculate! Going through the purchase was smooth and easy, I couldn't have asked for much more. I will happily recommend Phantom to others!

My experience could not of gone any better! Firstly, Adam was amazing, he made my experience so easy and stress-free, I am unbelievably pleased with how the sale went. I came away with a very lovely, smooth driving Kia, it does the job perfectly and is everything I wanted it to be! I can't thank you enough and this couldn't of got anymore perfect! I could not of asked the team down at Phantom for more or better customer service. Honestly this is the best customer service I have received anywhere, not just when buying a car. The first time I went down to the dealership in Wigan I had a little look around the showroom which is beautiful and an experience in itself. I took the Jaguar for a test drive, I was blown away at this point, I've never seen anything like it. Craig went through everything with me and was so accommodating. . I received 10/10 customer service and I will ALWAYS look at their website if I'm in need of a new car! The first place I will go, always. This is the second car I have bought from them and it will not be the last.

I loved dealing with Adam, he was such a down to earth guy and so good to deal with, the most helpful chap ever. The car was spotless- prestige infact! Can't knock the valet team!! I appreciate all of the help that I received when having them few little niggles but we soon was over then with the help from Phantom and Adam himself!

I got such a cracking VW Sirocco, its such a nice car!! It was a huge upgrade from my 20 year old Audi ahaha. These guys were bang on with everything I cant even make a single complaint. Truly hand down blooming brilliant. Ver very nice cars sold here and most importantly very very reliable cars too!

The after care here is amazing, if these guy's say they are going to do something they do it! Really really good communication between staff and customer, if I missed their call and I called them back they would always be an answer! The after care is what sold this service due to having a few issues initially, the way they handled it so well was just perfect and what has made the service 100% 5 stars. The after care makes me want to go back there. Tracey and Chelsea were just amazing from start to finish, so a huge thank you to them and the while team down at Phantom Motor Company you are amazing.

On arrival at Phantom Motors I was pleasantly surprised at the stock of high quality cars on offer. I was greeted by Craig and I told him what I was looking for. I was given the time I needed to give the Land Rover a good check over and take it for a test drive, I asked lots of questions which Craig was very helpful with.

Phantom was unable to trade my car in because things started to go wrong with it in the end. I ended up in tears on the forecourt. I came away rest assured when Longin told me that the Land Rover was mine and he was keeping it for me, I felt like all my Christmases had come at once. I had to find a different route of getting rid of my old car. I did so and Longin said I told you that was your car and I would save it for you and he was true to his word, he was amazing. When it is time to upgrade I will certainly be returning to Phantom and dealing with Longin again.

Just bought my Land Rover for the first time with Phantom Motor Company! I had such a good experience that I wanted to share this with everyone.
