I was absolutely delighted with how the car was presented to me. It was in pristine condition when I arrived, it had new car matts, a lovely smelling air freshener and a fantastic valet carried out. My sales guy was a great guy, he was very helpful and informative, I couldn't fault it one bit.

Adam is a cracking bloke, he was fantastic throughout and did absolutely everything for me. He completely took the stress of the sale off of my shoulders, it was so easy. The car was looking mint when it came to the handover, and it has been a solid car ever since. I can't fault it at all, and would recommend anyone on the market to visit Phantom Motor Company.

Very simple and straightforward sale. Nothing was too much for the team, they got everything sorted in no time. The whole team were highly professional and organised, it was faultless. The VW is a smashing car, it has been very reliable on the roads. I cannot recommend them enough.

I will definitely be going back to Phantom in a few months time to get a little upgrade, I never keep my cars for too long, so I'll be back before you know it to have a change of scenery. I have had zero issues with the Beemer, its a cracking car to drive, and the lads are great to deal with. Gotta give them full marks for their good efforts.

First class service from the Phantom team, the BMW I purchased is magnificent, definitely exceeded the expectations i had set out for the car! I purchased the Audi and its absolutely fantastic! Can not fault the car or the service. Enquired about it on the Sunday and picked it up on the Wednesday which was amazing as I live quite the way away. I got there did the quick transaction and that was that. The car was mine! The customer service was top of the game, I absolutely recommend.

Well let me tell you... I love every minute of driving my new BMW. What I like about it is.. just about everything.. Its plain, its simple to drive, its easy to use, easy to get in and out of, its easy on the eye.. the interior is very nice - black and pearl which is exactly what I was looking for. Only thing is BMWs are an expensive car... their rip off's actually but doesn't mean I will ever stop buying them haha. Everyone at Phantom Motor Company was very good. A special shout of to the delivery guy he was well and truly amazing, they brought it up on the trailer too which saved on additional miles, and the car was immaculate on arrival.
