Absolutely no messing around what so ever. These guys get the job done with no mither. They are brilliant at their job, they made my experience enjoyable, and I don't think I've ever said that before when buying a car. The staff were just bang on with everything they did. I got a good car for a good price and that I am over the moon with. Get yourself on the way to Phantom and stop thinking about it!

I came to Phantom needing a car ASAP.... Once I explained why I needed the car fast I felt they prioritised me and did everything in their power to get me a car and get me one fast. Ben sorted everything out he was amazing and so friendly. He walked me through every bit of paper work and got everything set up in the click of the fingers. It was so easy, I just cant believe how brilliant everyone was. I can not thank you enough!

The gent who I dealt with at Phantom was brilliant, he was so friendly and thoroughly talked through everything that needed to be done. The operations of the car were thoroughly explained to me too! The service she showed me can't be faulted. I am really pleased with my 1 Series it is doing very well and a lovely car to drive.

When I bough my BMW from Phantom Motor Company I did notice a few niggles with it at first so I got in touch with the team and they were more than helpful and the managers were very obliging! Since then all has been great and I am pleased with the car. Despite the issues I don't think there is anything that could have been done better.

The showroom at Phantom Motor Company was beautifully presented and there was an impressive selection of cars! I was able to have a look around with no pushiness or judgement. I ended up with a beautiful Mercedes GTS, I am made up with it. The service I received throughout was first class, no complaints from me.
