Simple. Everything just seemed simple. The sales guys were really good, the process was quick once I decided what car I wanted. They gave me the time to look around the cars, and wasn't pushy at all. The BMW is running perfectly. I'm really impressed with Phantom, I'll defo use them again in the future.

The BMW I bought is fantastic! Super impressed with it. When I bought the car I knew it needed some little bits doing, Phantom sorted this for me within days. They did the brakes, service and MOT, its driving really well and looks even better! I would recommend Phantom to anybody looking for quality customer service and great value for money.

In a few years when I'm ready for a new car, Phantom Motor Company will be where I go. I've recently bought a car, and I'm delighted with it. Stuart is a very nice guy, very helpful and friendly, he made it quick and easy for me to get the drive and drive away. Simple straight forward process. The salesman that helped me buy the Range Rover was Jamie, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. The car had a small crack in the windscreen when purchasing and they have sorted this for me with a full replacement screen. I had the car delivered and they took my old car away as a part exchange the same day, it was really quick and simple. Highly recommend Phantom Motor Company, they went above and beyond.

I bought a BMW a couple of months ago, the staff were really helpful and kept me informed of everything, very professional service provided. The car is great, no problems, running really well, I'm overall very impressed and happy with the process and the car.
