If I could rate this brilliant dealership 10/10 I would, throughout the whole process I was dealing with very kind and helpful people. My son is a mechanic and is very good with finding, fixing and looking for cars, he was great to have by my side. Phantom were also great with me along the way, no problems nor hurdles, a very smooth and easy process. I would very happily recommend to my friends or family that was in need of a new car, we found the vehicle online, it jumped out at us, my son hopped on it straight away which I am very grateful for. Kevin at Phantom was amazing with us and I would give him full marks for his customer service. Thanks Phantom!

Based on my experience down at Phantom Motor Company I would rate 4 stars. I received a high level of customer care and the Jaguar F Pace is driving smoothly! No issues with the car, so far so good! I Recommend.

The service I received at Phantom was wonderful, just a brilliant as the Mercedes C Class I purchased. I knew I trusted Phantom so much I didn't even test drive the car as I knew if there was anything not quite up to scratch they would of sorted it out for me there and then! The guys down at Phantom were all very nice people, easy to talk to and quick to give you a helping hand and to make sure your not waiting around for anyone. I highly recommend Phantom, I have already recommended to a friend of mine who I'm sure will be paying a visit soon to purchase his new car!

Can't complain really, I did have an issue with the Evoque, but they got that sorted so all is spot on. I would definitely use again as they looked after me well.

Phantom are the best I have ever dealt with! Out of all the cars I have bought they have provided the best service, and the best car too. Th SQ5 has been a dream to drive, it has the perfect amount of space, and the power is just insane! I will happily recommend to anyone, they are at the top of the game!

This is the second car from Phantom that I have bought, and their standards haven't dropped once. They are fantastic! We bought a little Fiesta that had an issue, so they took it into the garage for us and got it sorted no issues at all. Me and my wife were more than happy with how the situation was handled and would happily recommend to friends of ours!
