Overall our Mercedes is lovely and we are really happy with it. There were a few little niggles with it initially but the team at Phantom were really good at sorting them out and they even came to pick the car up from us when it was going in. We have no complaints regarding the customer service we received they couldn't have been more helpful.

Straight forward easy transaction. Everyone at this dealership was lovely and the attention to detail was simply brilliant. They look after each individual customer and their needs, its a very personal experience. The stock they sell is next level, the quality, cleanliness and care! My car looks and drives amazingly, you'd think it was brand new! I cant fault them for a fantastic customer service experience and a brilliant vehicle purchased.

There was numerous nice cars to choose from at Phantom Motor Company and the customer service was very good from the moment we walked in. We decided on a Land Rover Discovery, which suits our needs perfectly. The vehicle has been running well and is overall a lovely car, we couldn't be happier. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with Phantom Motor Company, they are such a lovely bunch of people and took care of me from beginning to end. I viewed the Audi S5 they had in stock and took upon their offer straight away. It was in immaculate condition, and was such a beauty of a car and the price was cracking! Anyone with their head screwed on to them knows that the Audi S5/RS5 is the nicest Audi that there is 😉! I even received a complimentary bottle of wine alongside the purchase so I left a very happy customer indeed! Thank you for all the help!

Hi Phantom motor company... Firstly, thank you for all your help and support when buying my new car, the customer service was incredible, so helpful and very clued up, no question was too much and everybody was willing to chip in and help where they could. Secondly, the car.... it is unbelievable, such a lovely drive, handles very well. The condition of the car was spot on there's not a single mark/dent on the car it looks like factory new. I will 10000% use Phantom Motor Company again and again every time I need a new car.

Thanks to Phantom Motor company in Wigan I am now he proud owner of a Mercedes E Class. A truly lovely motor with some pretty cool features and gadgets.
