My experience with Phantom Motor Company was great, I have no complaints whatsoever. I called up and spoke to a very pleasant lady who helped me through everything and answered my questions, I really wanted A5 and the dealership did everything in their power to get the car ready easier than planned for me, they fully ensured I was happy with everything, it was a brilliant experience.

I live around the corner from this dealership but until a few weeks ago I've never purchased from them. I found a Range Rover Velar with them and I fell in love with it, the staff were great. Really brilliant customer service. I will 100% go to Phantom next time I want to upgrade, very pleased with how everything went.

I am over the moon with my new Range Rover Sport, for a very long time I've wanted a Range Sport, and its everything I always hoped it would be, its a beautiful inside and out, the interior is immaculate, the body work is pristine, its in perfect condition, its absolutely perfect!! Brilliant dealership, helpful and friendly. I bought a BMW 5 Series its lovely to drive, very easy on the eye and soon shifts when needed. Really pleased with it. Its in tip top condition and the great value for money. I will return to Phantom in the future to buy again.

I passed my driving test around 2 months ago, I've never bought a car so I was on the look out for my first car. I found a Mercedes A Class with Phantom and I loved it, I enquired, applied for finance and got accepted, I was well happy. As far as first cars go, I've really not done bad - its absolutely beautiful. I'm out in it whenever I possible can, I'm loving it. The customer service was really good, Chelsea looked after me and she was spot on, she explained everything to me, everything about the car, any questions I had she answered, just really helpful and loads of knowledge. The whole process wasn't stressful at all, they sorted everything for me and really quickly, they put a fresh MOT on the car and a service, I couldn't have wanted any more.

Very nice team of people at Phantom Motor Company, we used them for the first time to buy a Mercedes GLE250 and what a cracking car it is! We dealt with the lovely Chelsea, she was so friendly and easy to speak to. I'm using the car daily to get to and from work and I'm really enjoying it, its very nice! I bought a Porsche 911 and I knew the car would be pleasurable, but its even better than I thought it would be, and driving the car is 10x more comfortable that I thought it would be, its lovely. The dealership was helpful during my purchase and I was pleased with the process. It would be a pleasure to buy and deal with this company again.
