I bought a Ford Mustang from Phantom Motor Company, the process was easy and straight forward. David was probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with, he was straight talking and did everything he said he would. There was no hard selling or pressure put on me. I am really happy with the car and I'm enjoying driving it. I would happily recommend to others.

I am delighted with the service Adam provided, he was really good, helpful and professional. Unfortunately there was a few hiccups along the way, with mis-communication, however Adam remained professional and helpful, and did get this sorted for me, so I am really happy with him and his customer service skills. The car is now running well, and I am really happy with it. Over-all I'm happy with the car and service. If the review was based on Adam this would be a 5 * - due to the hiccups along the way I have knocked the score down slightly. I would use Phantom again in the future.

Purchased a car for my wife from Phantom, she absolutely loves it. We had looked around for some time and then found the car we wanted at Phantom, it was slightly more expensive than our budget but it was in a unique colour and was really low mileage, so was well worth the extra money. Plus my wife fell in love with it, so it was a done deal. For the quality of the car, it was a fair price. Not given the full 5 stars as there was a little bit of waiting around as the dealership were so busy, however Chelsea who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant she did everything from start to finish, and we really have no complaints against her customer service skills, shes a hard worker. I would buy from them again and happily recommend to others.
