Amazing! From start to finish, just an amazing experience. Friendly and helpful and definitely accommodating. I noticed a light on the dashboard pop up, I didn't know what it was, I was passing by Phantom so I nipped in (no appointment) and they sorted it right away for me, without any issues. They were just happy to help. I'm really enjoying the Range Rover, its a huge upgrade from my previous car, and I absolutely love it. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again.

Possibly the easiest transaction I've ever had when buying a car. I have already thrown their business cards to friends and family, and my friend is currently in the process of buying from Phantom. The service was second to none from start to finish. The communication exceeded expectations, they kept me up-to-date with everything, a couple of days after taking the car I had a call from their after care team to check everything was ok. Really impressed with the service provided and the car is superb.

I dealt with a couple of people at Phantom, and I cant knock them. Alan was the salesman, he was helpful, not pushy and very professional. Jamie dealt with the finance side of things, he was really useful, managed to get me the price / deal I wanted. From viewing the car to driving away, the process was really quick! I took the car to Land Rover shortly after for a service, the brakes were close to legal, Phantom then replaced and sorted this for me. No cost or issues at all. Highly recommend.

We initially spoke to Chelsea, she was lovely, very knowledgeable and she helped us through the sale. The car is running great, we are really enjoying it. Phantom have organised to have the car back in due to a small scratch on it, they have been great regarding this, no issues at all. Great dealer to deal with, I would buy from them again.

The service was great from start to finish, I really can't fault Phantom Motor Company at all. Stuart was the salesman that dealt with my sale, when I viewed the Mercedes it was immaculate and just what I wanted. Stuart arranged delivery for me once we agreed the sale, when it was delivered I noticed a scratch on the car, so I rang him back and he got it sorted straight away with no issues. I had a few issues to begin with using Phantom. I initially bought a Range Rover, but this had to go back due to issues with it, I returned that and bought a BMW 118 instead, the BMW is brilliant, I'm really happy with it and enjoying it. It was helpful that they offered delivery on the car too. BMW is driving perfectly, no issues at all.

I'm basing my review on Stuart and all the help he provided to me. He was lovely, really helpful, answered any questions I had. The car was delivered to me, which was easy and simple. When it arrived I noticed some scuffs on the wheels, I contacted Stuart and he got this sorted for me right away, I'm now happy with the car and service Stuart provided.
